I’ve been to the bagel shop four times. The first time was outstanding so I’ll go the second time one of the orders was incorrect. They rectified if they took care of it very courteous young lady I don’t know her name, but she’s very courteous to everyone the second time that one was messed up, she fix it again and again I’m less patient very understanding. The full time I had a lodge order big misunderstanding, so I called him and asked to speak to this particular young lady, because as I said very courteous, but it went from her hand to the person that I made the order list I don’t know if it was too big of an order for her, but I never once asked for the order that she actually presented and with that being said, I have tried speaking with them again and they would not allow me to speak to the lady that I told them was very courteous. It wasn’t about the money, I please want people to understand it wasn’t about the money. It was about the fact that, in the beginning, young lady seem like she was irritated with the order , she didn’t understand what I was saying so when she told me that I did in fact order what she put on the sandwiches at excepted it, but I still was uncertain and kept questioning it but my niece who was with me told me stop questioning it I hurt what you told her and that was not the order that you gave her so with that being said, I just want for them to know fit I couldn’t reach them. Read moreThe customer service here is abhorrent. They are scamming people with the Uber eats app. They give you no option to customize your order. In order to do so you have to select things that are more expensive, call them and tell them what you want and they still charge you for changing the options. I paid $5 for extra has brown which in store is $3.25 and then they charged me $2 for an extra sausage. Because of this back and fourth calling and placing order they also gave me scrambled eggs instead of over easy. When you call them to make changes they have an attitude. The manager said they don't allow for customization because people took advantage. Like what? The app is completely customizable to the business if you have the option for a side of fries and a side of bacon why would you not have the option to pick has browns and sausage? The platter says two eggs any style, home fries or hash browns, and one choice of meat. However you can't pick any of those options you have to call them and tell them what you want....
Read moreI’m literally disgusted with this place and the management should be truly ashamed of themselves. I ordered my food at 5 past 11 this morning. It took 2 hours for my food to arrive at my door. At that point it’s 1:00 and I don’t even want my food anymore. We call and cancel our food in which the manager had the meanest attitude. She was not at all apologetic or understanding of my frustration of my food taking over 2 hours to arrive at my house. Nonetheless, no one warned us of an hour+ long delivery time. As the phone call proceeds she tells me “sorry I can’t turn back time for you.” She also blamed it on it being the day before Christmas Eve. Weird, because when I called the first time to check on my food I was told there was a lot of traffic in Bayonne. The driver starts banging on my door even after I cancelled my order and tells me he had 37 houses before me. Clearly no one had communication about which story to go with.
