Bought a bong from there. When I added water it had a small leak “drip” came to show and exchange. They didn’t have the same one, so I went to get something else, it was $10 more so I would’ve had to pay extra. Instead I chose one that was $10 cheaper and asked if I can either get the $10 back or get something else that was cheaper. The girl said now because the stem part of the bong was already an additional $10. Which is not true because the bong already had the stem and it was one price so she just didn’t want to give me the $10. I love smokers heaven in both Bayonne and Jersey City. I forget the guys name (Mina? Mika?) he was SO nice. I bought a brand new vape and he was super helpful and told me all about what I needed and gave me advice. I think he deserves a raise for his incredible customer service. I took my vape outside, filled it up, and I couldn’t get it to turn on. He immediately fixed it and said the most important thing was that I was happy. I called to inquire about a product and they were friendly and gave prices over the phone. Then, I got turned around and called again, they were easy going and provided directions over the phone. Once I entered, I was greeted by two friendly individuals. They knew I was the one that had recently spoken with them on the phone. They were happy to show me what was available and the cost.
