I don't normally review businesses, however due to the way Max & Zach's excels above the competition, I feel compelled to do so.

Upon entering the store I was greeted by their friendly knowledgeable staff that clearly and thoroughly understands their products. It isn't like the tobacco shops that has entered the E-Cigarette market and knows the basics about what limited items they have sampled. The staff at Max & Zach's will find the e-cig that best fits your style, needs, comfort level, then instruct you on how to use it for best results. They have all of their liquids out for sampling, utilizing cellophane wrapped disposable mouthpieces for cleanliness. With all they do, you can rest assured you will be happy with your purchase upon exiting their store.

The best test of a business is how they react when something goes awry. I purchased a battery that turned out defective, but with pristine customer service, it was a complete non-issue. They tested it and replaced it without question.

Knowledgeable & friendly employees. They know everything about all the Vapes sold in store. They know all the flavors & take the time to work with you untill you find the right one. I've been going to Max & Zach's vapor shop on Garth Rd since they first opened. I've never had a problem with any of the Vapes I bought & if there was a problem they fixed it... sometimes I couldn't get the coil out or couldn't figure out why vape wasn't working & it'd be the settings, I didn't have it set right, stuff like that. Wow, this is the most welcomed I’ve ever felt in a vapor business. I went in upon the recommendation of a coworker and now I know where I’ll be going from now on. Gunner was such an amazing help. They allowed me to try as many flavors as I wanted to ensure I’d find the best one for me. It was a great experience and the price is unbeatable.
