Subway — Restaurant in Bazetta Township

Whoever worked at the Walmart Subway tonight (2-17-24) was awful. She didn't wear a name tag, but was the rudest employee I've ever dealt with. I'm a super easy going person and could understand if she was having a bad day, but she was purposely treating the customers awfully. She acted as if we ruined her life that we showed up to order food when they were still open for another hour. Every customer that came in was treated the same way by her and every one of them had to ring the doorbell for service. I worked at subway for 4 years and know that they have cameras in the back to see if there are customers. I know that her rudeness was on purpose because she kept flirting with the boy that was working with her. Never once was a smile given to any customer, only to that boy. She spoke to the customers at such a low voice, you could barely hear her, but would run to the back and yell "BOO" to the boy while she was still waiting on customers. So I know she was capable of talking louder. I have never once written a negative review before, but this girl was so awful that I had to. I don't know how she got passed training...

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The last two times I have came, it has taken 20+ minutes to complete two subs. They have used dirty knives to cut my food. They walk off line in the middle of an order. (Check your cameras if you don't believe me) they didn't give me double meat when I asked. She said she wouldn't charge me for double when I asked and then that's because she was not giving me double serving. She gave me three tiny scoops of steak for a double. I would have gladly paid for double steak to get double steak. Got a cup of soup and she put it at the bottom of my sub bag, that, if I hadn't seen, would have spilled everywhere. My sub was unwrapped on one end. The top of my husband's sub was wet with sweet onion teriyaki sauce, but he didn't ask for that. He has ranch. Dirty. Was handed old (2 year old) crackers for my soup. Highly unlikely to be back...

We came in and saw there was a sign to ring the bell for service so we did. The lady then came from the back complaining that we rang the bell and that she was doing the dishes, continuing to make smart comments. I ordered a #6 boss sub which comes with meatballs and pepperoni, the lady seemed to not care or not know how the sub was made and didn't even put meatballs on it just putting on the red sauce. Safe to say the service was awful and we will not be going there again. We were kinda the whole time even apologizing for ringing the bell and we still got...
