BAD Customer Service and sneaky!!! They advertised in store a 50% sale on all summer items, except a back room with sale items all ready marked down "prices marked final sale". My daughter picked up a bathing suit in the main room and when we were being rung up (you cannot see prices) we asked everything on sale? She said "yes". When we were given receipt we realized bathing suit not discounted and we had not left counter. She said final sale and item is"price as marked", even though not in that "price as marked" sale room. I asked if we could return because that is not what the sign said. She said "No" and I asked for owner that just walked by me. She went in back and then came back out and said "he left"??Hmmm he was just there. I called twice and left a message on the second try. Six days later owner still doesn't have the decency to call and discuss. Whether they refund her or not, it was the principle that I wanted to discuss, but clearly poor businessman who hides behind front help. Be careful of their deception. I have talked to other people who said similar situation for them and they just left. We spent over $350 and felt we deserved atleast a call back to discuss. Will never shop there again and suggest you think twice!!! Over priced store, who takes advantage of people and unless you are behind the counter, you cannot see anything...

Yesterday, my mom and I were shopping in the store, something we do often. When we went to purchase a dress, we realized her wallet was missing. She had just taken out cash and my heart sank. We searched everywhere, and one of the sales associates went above and beyond to help us.

She searched the entire store with me, even outside, and never once acted annoyed or impatient, even when my mom became really stressed. She was calm, kind, and so comforting the entire time. What meant even more is that she remembered my mom from a previous visit and had already been so sweet and attentive to her even before anything happened.

My mom has very low vision and some health issues, and this associate treated her with patience, warmth, and genuine care. After about 30 minutes of searching, we eventually found the wallet in the car, but the way we were treated during that time meant so much to us.

I’ve been coming here since I was a kid (I bought a Free People dress here before Free People was even a thing!) and it’s still the best women’s clothing shop on LBI! They have the best, hardest-to-find brands of bathing suits—it’s so nice to actually be able to see and try them on in person because usually I can only find them online. What’s really fun is that my three college-age daughters now love shopping here! It’s impressive that this store has been able to make it all these years and still be “the place” to go! LBI...
