No fitting rooms and credit only return policy! My niece bought a pair of shorts here for her job. They were expensive and she was unable to try them on. She was never told that it was a credit only policy. We literally live across the street. She came home, tried them on and returned them the next day. They didn't fit. No refund, big rip off.... I used to shop here when things could be returned but will no longer patronize this place. I will also spread the word to my local friends who live on the island. Great place to shop and Gracious Returns Policy! I have always loved shopping at this great beachy store in Beach Haven. The store vibe is "young and fun" while they have beautiful clothes that appeal to me, at age 60! Recently, in this month of May 2021, I purchased a small purse that needed to be returned due to a malfunction in the zipper. Jennifer, the manager, went out of her way to make the return quickly and graciously, doing so just as the store was closing. This professionalism and kindness was so appreciated, as I live in Philadelphia and was driving back that evening. Very disappointing visit. After being a customer for over 20 years, they would not take back a bathing top HOURS after it was purchased with the tags still on. Nobody told us upon purchase that swimwear sales are final, as per “store policy”.
