I went into the store recently to buy a pair of sunglasses that were clearly marked at $285. When I got to the register, they rang up at $299. I pointed out the discrepancy, expecting it to be honored, but the cashier told me she couldn’t adjust the price. On top of that, I was expecting to receive the 20% promotion they were running, but the discount applied was based on the higher price, so the total came out more than it should have. It was frustrating to see a price on the product and then be told I couldn’t get it for that price. There was no explanation from Eleanor beyond “I can’t give them to you for cheaper,” which felt dismissive since it was the tag from last summer. Definitely disappointed with the customer service and it is illegal to not honor a price that is shown. Will not be coming back, please watch for the prices before checking out and...

Bad experience. After finally settling on a pair of Maui Jims, the pair I wanted in store had a scratch on the lens. They ordered me the same pair through Maui Jims website and said they would be shipped to me. Almost 2 weeks later and I have not received my glasses yet. I have called multiple times asking for tracking info only to be told that the manager is away right now and he’ll call me back. I’ve never received a phone call back. I’ve called a third time and was told the same thing again. I understand shipping can take longer than expected sometimes but this is poor service.
