NOT PROFESSIONAL!! I wished I read previous reviews before doing business with them. I received information regarding ProSource from a vendor for Carrera marble tile that sells to them. I went into the showroom met with Lynn. I picked out the tile and ordered it. She assured me I could get the tile in 7-10 days because it was coming from the warehouse located in Michigan. I explained to her my timeline twice. The last one being after I paid and was walking out of the door. She assured me I would get it in 7-10 days. My tile installer came to start preparing my floor, the next day he went to ProSource to pick up tile. They took him back to the area to load, only to discover the tile would not be in for 5-6weeks. It just left Italy and it's due in the United States in 5-6 weeks. He called me and told me what was going on. I immediately called Lynn, I left a message. She didn't return my call that day. I went to Prospurce the next day to see what was going on. Lynn said the tile won't be in for 5-6 weeks. I asked what happened to the 7-10 days she told me. She told me she didn't remember telling me that time. I explained "you told me, you called to verify where the tile was and how long it would take". She start flipping papers on her desk (like she was looking for a note of our conversation) after 5 minutes of flipping through papers. She said she didn't know what happened. I asked her why didn't she call me. She didn't reply. I asked her to check on what is going on. She said she would call me back in a few hours. She didn't return my call that day. The next day I called, she told me the order was wrong, and she would take care of getting the tile. "The tile is in Michigan", and the tile could be picked up the next day. After 3 days my tile installer went to pick it up. When he arrived she asked if someone called him to say the tile was in. He said "yes" she checked and said it's not in. He called his boss, explained the problem pro source is giving him. His boss called Pro Source and discovered the tile was still in Michigan at the warehouse. 2 days later, my tile installer was able to get the tile. I WILL NOT due business with ProSource again. They do not care about customer service or having a...
Read moreLast year, we purchased a home that was tied up in an estate for 5 years. During the first year, it flooded due to a frozen pipe & left for approx 6 weeks flooding. Needless to say, it was 90% gutted (walls, floors, bathrooms, kitchen, basement, bedrooms, fireplace removed, etc). I was introduced to Denise Adomaites at ProSource Beachwood to help guide me for the entire house remodel. Thank goodness for Denise because I have zero design abilities! Very pleased with every item purchased for this 2740 sq ft home + entire basement remodel. Absolutely love the tile, flooring, fireplace stone, area rug options, etc. that Denise helped me select. In the basement, we installed CoreTec Plus flooring (thanks for suggesting Denise & Bill). Initially, we weren't sure if we wanted to select a floor like this, thinking it may be colder vs carpet. Also, how would it hold up if flooded & we weren't home. Denise & Bill explained the design benefits of CoreTec Plus. It can sit in water for days without getting ruined & would be warm vs cold on the basement floor. We are pleasantly surprised the basement CoreTec Plus floor is warm, even when we had below zero temps last winter. ProSource Beachwood staff has been very friendly & helpful. Their showroom selection is amazing. Denise - thank you very much for all of your help making our gutted home a...
Read moreWe originally asked for a specific type of tile and backsplash which we were told was in stock. Then when we placed the order, all of a sudden what we originally wanted was out of stock. Ok, no problem, we're flexible. So we choose a new tile color and backsplash. Our contractor had his own measurements for what we needed but Dwayne gave his own approximations for what we needed. When the supplies arrived, we had more than enough 18" tile to do our kitchen (we still had 12" tiles to include in the pattern). I figure we can just return the extra boxes that weren't open at all (3 boxes), but come to find that they don't take anything back. Ok, that is frustrating to hear but maybe we can use it for another project. Finally, we go to install the backsplash... come to find that the backsplash is the wrong size and needs to have a glass cutting blade (which was never explained to us). Overall, this was not a positive experience and they seem to struggle with being professional. I will never go here again and I will refer all of my family and friends to other places...
