This was my first time here and I wanted to try it out because I have heard many good things about it and the reviews were all pretty phenomenal. When you walk in the overall ambience is pretty nice. Nice decor, very clean and in an easy to get to, very safe area. The staff were very pleasant and quick to assist. Our server was friendly and very helpful to what we wanted and kept up with us and making sure we did not need anything.

We had a late lunch and ordered the Hecks burger with fries as well as the grilled cheese with steak fries, and an order of brussels sprouts. For desert the caramel bread pudding. We both just had water for drinks.

So for both of us, we were disappointed in the food. The overall location is very nice and prices were not terrible and of course Service was really good, but the food was just average and maybe even slightly below. The burger was a burger. Came with all the things you would expect to see on a burger was done a little bit less than what it should have been based on what I ordered but not terrible. Overall, the burger just lacked any real flavor, a little more seasoning would have given it Legs to stand on. The fries that came with the burger were very good and that was probably the best item that I had. The grilled cheese had a little tomato sauce added inside and it was terrible. Probably one of the worst flavors ever. We scraped off the tomato and it was better, but still not something I would recommend. Steak fries or steak fries but, it was like eating nothing. No flavor just a crunchy potato of no flavor at all. Definitely needed some seasoning to make these have any life to them. And finally the brussels sprouts. One of my favorite dishes that most places I go to. They came out in a bowl pretty large serving, but they were shredded up. There were some whole ones in there and a few that were cut in half, but the vast majority of the bowl was just ground up. came with a glazing that was really heavy in vinegar. I know everyone said in many of the reviews that brussels sprouts were the bomb, but I don’t think so. I can honestly say I would never order them again. I ate about a quarter of the bowl and stopped. The server asked if we wanted a box I said no because I knew I was never going to eat them ever again. We paid about $62 for this lunch, which was not terrible. Maybe there are other items on the menu that are better but to be honest for this being our first experience, it will be our last. Neither one of us were impressed with the quality of the food at all, and honestly, there are so many other places that have much better food for the same price.

I usually don't write reviews but I really must for this place. This was my first and VERY LAST time going here. We were a party of 6 for 6:30pm and upon arriving our table was not ready, in a restaurant that was not super busy. Once we were seated, our table still needed to be cleaned, and that was only done upon asking our server to do so. We ordered drinks and appetizers and we put in our Entrée orders and requested for those to come out a little bit after apps so we could first enjoy apps and drinks. Two of us ordered steak Entrées. Apps came out we sat for at least 35 min before the server appears to tell us there's no steak. (BTW....APPS AND DRINKS DONE AND STILL NO FOOD ON THE TABLE) We learn from another worker later that steak ran out that morning so why we were ever allowed to order steak and wait for a steak that was never coming is beyond my understanding. At that point, we tried to regroup and ordered burgers in place of the steak and still waited another 30 minutes with no food on the table. Upon asking the server where the food was he replied sharply that we asked him to delay the Entrées so that's what he did!!!! At that point I had to take him to school!!! I said Oh no! When we first ordered and steak was an option the delay was a courtesy, HOWEVER, once steak was not an option and burgers became a consolation they should have been on this table ASAP!!!! We are now an hour in with STILL NO FOOD OR DRINKS on the table!!! It just gets worse! We are clearly unhappy and our service is subpar at this point so one of my guest gets up to go and speak to the manager who comes to the table and offers nothing more than to create a dish no one wanted. We declined and asked for a round of drinks but were told no. STILL WAITING......... After 1 hour and about 20min we wanted to see the manager again and we were told all of the managers were in a meeting!!! WHAT???? So, I say how is there no one available to speak with about customer concerns?? I demanded to know where such meeting was happening because I was going to get a manger myself at this point. Miraculously, one appeared 5 minutes later. At this point we just wanted to pay for the drinks and apps we already had and to leave. She replies she'll check with the kitchen because the food is ready as if we were going to be made to accept it! I told her she must didn't hear me correctly we don't want it!!!!!!! We left after 2hrs. of nothing but 1 round of drinks and apps! HORRIBLE!!!! DON'T GO HERE! PLACE SHOULD BE CALLED WHAT THE...

I'll start with the good stuff. The environment is decent although pretty noisy. Plant comfortable place to enjoy dinner. The service was very good. Our group could drive anybody nuts, but our server was cool, efficient, friendly, helpful and accurate. Management seemed to be good. They were present in the dining room checking to make sure the food was good and if anybody needed anything.

Now for the not so good. Although I'm not a fan of huge menues I felt this one lacked a bit and options felt limited. Small menues an be great if there is a theme and it makes the point. The food was only okay at best. We didn't have a huge variety so perhaps we ordered the wrong things. Calamari was bland for my liking. Burgers were big, but honestly had no taste at all. The Mediterranean salad was just okay. Not sure how you have a Mediterranean salad with no olives of any kind. Drinks were not great. I had a bourbon on ice. It came and looked like as well as tasted like they not only put ice in it but about 50% water. One of my kids ordered a $7 milkshake. It couldn't have been more than a 10 oz glass. Very small. 8 guess when I see milkshakes on a menu for this kind of price and as a featured item you expect a really great milkshake and the tin with some extra or at least a milkshake style glass. Not a small beer mug. Anyhow food was nothing to write home about at all. Lastly, for what they are serving I believe their pricing is excessive. $18 for plain burger with fried? Salad was like $12 or $13 and the $8 to add chicken. I'm lucky to have gotten out for only $220 for a party of 5 (including tip). Place didn't wow me enough to go back. Not my scene. Nothing to...
