Marshalls — Local services in Bear Creek Township

Every single time they have enormous long lines, today is a Wednesday and they have lines backed up to the doors almost to the shoes. It has deals here but waiting over 20 mins in line when there are other employees standing around on the floor is awful. Management needs to be better here, obviously not doing a good job on where they are placing people, it’s only 3:30 and I’ve seen 3 people enter the store see the long line and turn around, and another lady literally said F this left her items and walked out. I just watched at least 10 carloads of people leave, including us, because the store did not open at 9:30AM. Whoever is supposed to open the store on Sunday should be disciplined. You have a lot of pissed off people.

UPDATE: It’s now 9:45 and they still aren’t open. The sign on the door clearly shows 9:30 opening. Another 10 people have walked up, some with visible walking difficulty and some with small babies, only to walk away in disgust.

Drove all the way to Marshall’s (30 minutes) because it said they closed at 9:30 online. well I finally got here and saw the employees staring at me while the door was locked. Should probably update your hours online, so people don’t drive 30 minutes to your store for nothing. I was returning a product I bought from them last night because it’s junk, and was rushed out of the store 30 minutes before they closed.
