Went into this establiment on September 9th to see if I could get a clasp repaired on my band. I was greeted with smiles and treated like a long time customer. This was my first visit. Mark told me that this could be repaired and it wouldn't cost much. He explained what needed to be done and asked if I could give him a couple days. I told him that would be fine. He quoted me a price of $12. The watch I took in has been in service for over a decade and it's been one of my favorites. I I received a call on September 10th my birthday that my watch have been repaired and that I could come by and pick it up. My K9 and I headed to the store to get my watch. Again greeted with smiles. Before we left I gave a tip to cover dog treats as they had been very king to my Service Animal . He wouldn't take it, I told him he would. After business was concluded. Mark got down on the floor and started playing with my dog, Minnie. She was ecstatic. He was enjoying himself and seeing the both of them having fun was the highlight of my birthday. When we were visiting the area several years ago now, i noticed a prong from my emerald ring was missing, and I went into Bay Street Jewelers, very worried because #1 my ring was missing one of it’s 4 prongs, and #2 also worried because I didn’t know the personnel in the jewelry store and didn’t want things to go wrong.... I was absolutely delighted with the friendly and professional service that was offered and my husband and I trusted these folks from the minute we were welcomed! The owner/jeweler was so nice and had my ring ready in no time. My hubby was so pleased that he bought me two bracelets while we were visiting, and we visit Bay Street Jewelers, whenever we are in the area...often times purchasing one or more of their delightful pieces. This jewelry store right here has been my first stop anytime I need a small piece or a personalized hand made piece of jewelry. This particular ring I went in to have hand made by the one and only Mark, was for a very special occasion, my brother would be asking the love of his life to be together forever! Not only was it for a huge life moment, but my brother does not live in South Carolina, so the job would consist of many pictures, phone calls and an assortment of ideas and dreams.

I have known the owners of this fabulous local spot for many years, I know I can go in with my fast talking, and wild ideas, and they will create a custom piece that I will love. From the owners to the staff they are all masters at their profession and you are always treated with a warm smile.
