I am so sad to be writing this review but be aware of this boutique. I ordered a skirt a few weeks ago when a promo was running via on their instagram page. I went through the checkout process but the discount was never applied. When I reached out, I was told my order was cancelled and to reorder. I ordered again and saw the discount. - Problem solved... so I thought. A week later, I received two skirts and notice my account was charged twice - 1 skirt with the discount, and 1 skirt without. I reach back out for the Second time. I was told I would have to go to the post office and send the package back myself in order to get a refund. (remember this was not my mistake) No postage would be provided. The next day I took all 3 of children to the post office to wait in line to send the package back. I was honestly frustrated that I had to do this. 2 weeks after sending the skirt back... no refund. I reached out over social media twice and did not hear anything. I got on their website and reached out their customer support page. Sara did respond and told me it would get taken care of. A few days later, I noticed 2 refunds. One for the shipping -I paid to send the skirt back, and 1 for the skirt. Guess what? I am being refunded for the skirt with the promo. She is not refunding me for my original order that was supposed to be cancelled. As of yesterday, I received $66.00 for my order when I was supposed to receive $91.00. I asked for an explanation and she went from being very vague to not replying. I want to support a small business but I will not shop here again. When it finally arrived, it had no tags and looked like it was a return. It didnāt fit right so I asked to exchange it for a different size. Sara said it had to be sent back within 7 days to exchange it. No problem. I mailed it back the same day I received it. UPS tracking shows that they received the dress back within the 7 day window, but they will not respond confirming that they received it or send my different size- complete ghosting. I had a very positive experience in store. The store was very clean and well organized. The clothes are beautiful and have a nice variety of price points. The shop has a nice sitting area so my husband was able to sit comfortably with our baby while I looked around and tried on clothes. We were shopping close to close of business but the store associate was very polite and did not make us feel rushed. As a local, I know this will be one my favorite...
