I will not be coming back here. Firstly, I was lied to by reception. When booking my crown appointment, I was told that they could no longer be accepting my insurance and that if I wanted to have the procedure done, that was my last chance to do so. However, after having the crown put on, the dentist told me that she looks forward to be coming back for a cleaning to which I had mentioned that I was told my insurance wouldn't be accepted... She covered by saying there was some issue and that they had fixed it so that they could keep accepting United Concordia. Which is quite frustrating...
Though the bedside manner seemed great here, I recently had a crown done on my tooth I had issues with and now have even more complications. I ended up having to go to a different dentist to have it fixed because I was told that they couldn't see the issue where the 2nd opinion couldn't understand why the bite wasn't adjusted properly. The bite was much too high and I couldn't eat for 3 days without causing pain and risking the possibility of risking killing the nerve in that tooth. Also, I was told that because of the extreme sensitivity to that tooth now, it may not even be sealed properly where the tooth meets the crown and may need it replaced altogether. I thought I was getting dental work done at a great price, when in reality, I'd have spent more to have it done properly. Also, I was made to feel almost insane whenever the dentist kept telling me she has been in practice for years and couldn't see a single problem whenever I went back that very day to tell her that something was wrong. I was also told by a friend that they had their root canal done there and she suffers with pain every day because of it. I will not be returning here under any circumstances, and I STRONGLY recommend finding another dentist for any work needing to be done aside from a cleaning. For those suffering in the same way I am, go see another dentist who can help fix your issue. I am so sorry for anyone suffering as I was. And I hope this...

I still have another insurance so I asked her to try to see if that would be cheaper. She refused and told me how would I pay if I can't pay with the first. That's not the point. A few hundred dollars makes a difference! Then proceeded to tell me to use my credit card for the rest of the balance. I tried talking to Rebecca but she refused to speak with me. And then told the receptionist to tell me if I reschedule I would have to pay a canceling fee for not showing up. I have told the new receptionist I would need to know my cost before hand due to funds. She waited until the day before to tell me my cost! My appointment was made 3 weeks in advance. Each time she has called me I had to keep reminding her I needed to know the cost. Be prepared to have to deal with an old women who forgets things, and even cancels the wrong persons appointment. Also with Rebecca not wanting to speak with me and has the receptionist handle her affairs, is NOT right. I am her patient, not the receptionist! My children and I will be going elsewhere...

I was excited to try out the special for the adult teeth cleaning due to no one else having reasonable prices like this, so I called to make an appt. I had to reschedule twice. The first time was due to them informing me THE DAY OF my appt they had to close their office due to a medical emergency. Even though I already took off work I understand that things happen so ok fine. The second time it was me who had to reschedule due to my job calling me in. The third time in a span of a month or two I am able to take off work and finally be able to make my appt. I didn't receive a confirmation call the day before but I didn't think anything of it. I went to the office on schedule and was told by a new receptionist the dentist will not be seeing any new patients and plus they had a leak due to the rain. She stated she's sorry I didn't get a call before but she just started. This is absolutely unprofessional, unfair and unacceptable and I will not recommend...
