Kohl's — Local services in Beaumont

I’ve been having a Kohl’s credit card since 2011, and I’ve made it my business to go there every year. Summer and winter since 2011. Well I slowed down going ever since they don’t send out the coupons, and discounts like they use to. My family member for the past two years give me Kohl’s gift cards for my birthday, Father’s Day, and Christmas. Well this year when I received my gift card for my birthday, I figured I’d go ahead and max out my credit card while I was at it, just to knock the dust off of it. So I placed several orders online to be shipped to my home, one item for some reason I had to pickup at the store. I called the store, just to make sure the item was there. Then I went about an hour later to pick the item up from customer service, for the worker to tell me it haven’t been pulled yet, and showed me on his little palm pilot computer the location where it was located in the store so I can pull it myself. I politely turned around and walked out the door. My question is: If I purchased it online, why would you send me on a wild goose chase to find it? In that case I would’ve just came in the store and made my own selection. I called for my fiance a certain size shoe they said they had at the store we went all the way to the store and the shoe that they claim they had was not there also they were running around like they had no idea what type of stock they had and did not acknowledge that I had called until I had to remind them who I was and what item I called about which they told me they had I wasted gas to go all the way to the store to be disappointed because as soon as I got there and looked for the item myself then asked the clerk about the item that I had called about it was nowhere to be found and we were very disappointed because we needed the item which was a shoe I have shopped at Kohl's at different locations and have never been treated that way before this location is a disappointment and I will not be...

I love shopping at Kohl's in general because of the sales they offer! However I'm giving this location fewer stars because I was disappointed to see on my school clothes shopping trip today they had a very poor selection of Lee and Urban Pipeline jeans. I buy both here every year but didn't see a very big selection today. The store's boys dept didn't look prepared for the "no tax" weekend that our state will be offering this coming weekend. I managed to find a few sizes that I needed for my son to try on but plan to buy them online as I don't want to brave the busy store this weekend if it's already...
