Beaver County Courthouse — Local services in Beaver

In my opinion a very corrupted Court House. Came in for a ticket I had received over an accident involving only myself. I wanted to plead innocent. However in doing so didn't go well as I had very poor choices. I chose trial by jury. June 10th was my selected time to arrive in Court. the lady next to me reviewing my case responded with" upon reviewing this case it worries me that he will not show up to court on the date selected. Something around those lines. So she proceeded and requested I be put in county jail until my Court date which was on June 10th. The judge then proceeded to inform me of what would happen with that choice. I thought it was a very ridiculous and poor request that I be put in jail until my Court date. For 3 months. he then proceeded to tell me that it is his court house and what he says goes. I thought he was a very corrupted judge and a corrupted Court House itself. And this is all just in my own opinion seeing what I had to deal with. Usually have no issues with this place up until recently. Summary appeal went bad over the lying accusers with absolutely no proof. The inconsistencies in their stories still won them the case. I called about where I would need to do the appeal for “superior court” and they gave me no answers. Had to transfer me to someone else who still had no answers. I then called “superior” in both Pittsburgh and Harrisburg and they told me I have to do the appeal at the court I had the appeal trial at. Called back and told them what the superior said, and then had the nerve to lie to me and tell me I need help from an attorney and that I would need to appeal to “commonwealth” court. I then corrected the lady telling her the judge said my case would have to be appealed to superior. Beaver County needs to do a better job of communication and knowledge with training their staff. This is just outright ridiculous and a headache. I wonder how many cases where the defendant wanted to appeal to superior didn’t get to appeal because of this office pretty much telling...

I won't say names but I hope this review reaches you an that just because you work at the courthouse doesn't give you the right to walk into other business demanding a rudely speaking to employees at other business saying you work at the courthouse. You walked into our business with no appointment proceeded to throw your name an position around saying your not paying for services we provide because you work at the courthouse you should be ashamed of yourself an if I came into the court house acting how she came in acting to the business I am employed for I assured you I'd of been arrested an charges brought against me but this is the world we live in these days because you felt that Ford was responsible for your 11 year old vehicle with 100k on it you came into a business screaming causing a scene saying you work here threating lawyers demanding I stop helping active customers I was working with an had waiting on me to help you with no appointment like I said had I come in the courthouse acting how she did I'd of...
