Insane customer service!! I’m completely speechless! I made 2 orders on their site. One Jellycat order for me and one for my friend. An employee at the shop reviewed the order & noticed one of the orders was going to someone else that wasn’t me. Can you believe they CALLED me to ask if I would like to add gift options?? They wrote out a little card from me to her and they’re wrapping it I am just so taken aback but the professionalism and truly just the way they have gone above & beyond!!
