My friend and I stopped in for the first time. We regularly shop at the locals stores in Beaver. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted. We were told about the sales going on and to let her know if we needed any help. That’s great! As my friend and I walked around, the sales lady followed us closely. She would stare at us and she pretended to fix clothes on the racks behind us. This happened the entire time we shopped. They have a sales corner in the back so we walked back and when I turned around, the lady almost walked in to me. We were so annoyed by this, that we left. Mental health is important and branding your business with people who represent it well and compassionately is important. Shame on this place for hiring people that act this way or tolerating this behavior. Do better. When a customer is made to feel self conscious about the way they look in your clothing by your staff there is a problem. Making comments that indirectly relate to someone's weight and then asking if they plan to gain more weight or are they going on Ozempic when trying on your clothes, really is not good customer service skills that will bring back...
