If I could rate this shop -5 I would . My experience here was HORRIBLE , DO NOT GO HERE unless you want to experience the worst customer service ever . They are very rude and unprofessional I went in wanting a mani pedi no gel as soon as i was greeted the lady that did manicures insisted I do gel instead because it would last longer , I told her no thank you I just want to do regular polish ( she offered to do gel because I had previously had gel ) after me saying no like 3-4 times she finally said ok well if I do regular polish I'm going to charge you to remove the gel polish so I said ok that's fine . Before I went back I had looked at there pricing for fill Ins and gel fill Ins when I asked her how much it would be she quoted me gel fill in pricing an I told her I did not want to do gel that I'll think about it An she walked off started speaking in there native language An the girls that worked there started speaking also and all laughing - I knew she was talking about me because she kept insisting I do gel after the 6-7 time of telling her no . She then said ok we'll go with her she will do your pedicure an Sent me off too another employee who was just as bad she was very rough with my feet was on her phone half the time she kept digging under my toe nail An trying to rip off a piece of nail that was not visible and did not look bad at all witch was very painful after me telling her to stop she started scrubbing my other foot was very rough An did everything In a hurry then went back to digging at my toe nail I told her that it was fine to leave that like it was I had already told her once to stop and she tried doing it again , the leg massage was awful she barely used any lotion so the entire time it felt like she was rubbing sand paper on my legs and she did not do the massage evenly on both legs . When she was done she did not tell me to go dry my toe nails she said ok it's done If you want you can go An I said aren't I suppose to dry my nails ? She said I could just sit in the chair or if I wanted I can go dry them under the heat lamp . It was all around a horrible experience the client after me wanted a white polish and the First Lady that was going to do my nails told her that color wouldn't look right on her to chose another one . All around from start to finish TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE An the only reason I stayed was because it was the only place open until 830 an I had no time any other day An have a wedding today . May 2025 was my first experience here and it was amazing! The cost was pretty high but the nail tech was very friendly offering us beverages and conversed well with me…. I got gel french tip. My second experience I decided to get regular polish bc the drilling really thins my nails. So upon signing in…the front desk ask me 3 times if i wanted gel or polish i said polish. The nail tech i got then asked me whT color i chose so i said neon yellow. She proceeds to speak in their language laughing and i could tell she was mad i didnt want gel. So she then removes my gel with drill and sloppy clips my toe nails and doesn’t even wash my feet after the drill or never once uses a nail file! My toes were uneven and unshaped. I say something to her she is still speaking in her own language laughing about me wanting yellow! (Im dark skinned) so when i tell her that she’s putting too many coats of polish, she proceeds to tell me Im too dark for the color and she has to put more coats over the white! (5 coats) Im telling her im not happy nor satisfied. She says wait 10 minutes. So 15 minutes go by i touch my toe and its still wet and now my whole toe is smudged! The other techs are confused by why i was upset. So they all disappeared from front one guy ask me what it wrong i said for the price im paying my toes are not shaped nor did she give me proper service! I been getting my feet done for decades always switching for gel to regular. And always use bright colors! What does my skin tone have to do with my color? So anyway long story short i had them remove polish and I will no longer be giving them my service! That lady made a comment that felt racial and loke i said as long as i been getting my feet done dark or not I HAVE NEVER WALKED OUT OF A NAIL SHOP UNHAPPY ABOUT MY TOES… nails yes but toes come on now! I don’t know the lady name that i did like. (Heavier set) She was the goat…but the last lady ruined it! Ill take my dark skin somewhere else!! Will not recommend or be returning. I went in this morning and felt like they just wanted my money. It really depends on who you get when you go in. I usually see Mary for my pedicures, she has a high standard for trimming cuticles, trimming the corners of the nails for a great shape and spotless paint job. She is amazing. The man I saw this morning was sloppy. Didn't shape the nail, barely put any effort into the massage, and was a complete slob with the paint job. I had to come home and clean it up. When I'm paying $40+ for a pedicure I expect to walk out with gorgeous feet and feeling relaxed from the atmosphere and customer service. If not, I might as well do it myself at home and save the money. There was only 1 other customer the whole time we were there, and my 5 year old wanted to be like mommy and get her fingernails and toenails painted. No manicure or special treatment, just some sparkles. She was so excited and well behaved. She didn't say a word and sat so still. But they hardly looked at her, two employees just sat there talking to each other, hardly interacting with my daughter at all, and they charged me $20!!! It's not like it was busy or they had anything else to do, and I've been a loyal customer for a year, but after being treated like this I'm taking my business elsewhere, where my daughter and I can enjoy the special treat it is for us to get our nails done and not feel like it was a TOTAL...
