Well iam going to be honest I came here today and was told at the door I'll take your name and let you know when we can help you? Now their was 4 people working the store and only 2 where busy?I had a order to pick up I asked if I could be cashed out and the one lady said she couldn't and I had to wait till my name was called?I was their a total of 45 mins and when it was my turn the lady could not find the correct sizes of the items so i didnt buy what i wanted .I bought earrings instead due to this,also she also could not find any sizes of my free bracelet due to what I had spent?she said must be out,but found a small size and said I can have that,I needed large,small fits a child and then gift boxes where bought and items just put in random spots box was made for necklace not earrings?Employee 's not knowledgeable of inventory and hoped if they made people wait long enuff they would leave and alot did.Now I got a free bracelet that i can't use but spent enuff should of been able to get the correct size so it could of been a gift.Needs new...

Ā Ā Ā Read moreI brought my MIL to the Pandora at The Greene. to purchase 2 pair of earrings on 12/29/2018. There were 3-4 customers in the store, each being helped by someone. There were 2 additional personnel that never acknowledged us after making eye contact 3-4 times. I finally got assistance after asking for the store number. If Iād been the customer, they would have lost a sale today! Ultimately, I guess they did, because Iāll never shop at this one again.
Iām not sure when the personnel change occurred but this is by far the worst experience Iāve encountered at Pandora. The personnel at the old location were so friendly and customer service oriented. I am military and lived in many locations...always had wonderful customer service. This store left a BAD taste in my mouth. I wonāt stop purchasing from Pandora, but Iāll never purchase from this location again.
