This is a cute little place mainly for take-out restaurant. They are tables and chairs for sit down, but most people were came in for to-go orders during the time we were dining there.
The pho broth and flavor of the foods we ordered are decent for this area. Not the best or the most authentic compared to countless other shops we tasted. However, since this is not an Asian-dominated area, and we can find something with a similar taste, I say it’s pretty good already.
The chicken skewer is more on the Japanese teriyaki flavor side, instead of the Vietnamese lemongrass-based flavor. Even their menu is more fusion, which is understandable; they need to target the local population.
Located in the mall are high walking scores to shops and residential buildings. Parking was easy to find, either street parking or utilize the parking lot nearby. Value-reasonable pricing. Service-cashier was friendly. place your order by the register, then they will bring your food to you, if you like to eat there. So there wasn’t much service needed.

Read moreI was so excited to see a new Vietnamese place open up near by. There are a few flaws and misunderstandings though. I waited 10 Minutes just for an iced coffee that they only filled up a 1/5 of the way full. The lady said they normally do it that Way because people say it is too strong. She was very understanding and filled it for me. But the coffee was still weak so I’m not exactly sure I believe that. They also charged me $5.75 rather than $4.75 that is on their menu. So I was disappointed to have paid that much and have a fraction of the cup of coffee I paid for. Other than that, the manager/owner (not sure who I was helped by) was very kind and considerate when I was confused. Other than that, I will definitely be back for the food because other people seemed to enjoy it which I did not have a chance to try any. The restaurant also is very clean and gives off earthy, open, bright vibes. Keeping an open mind and giving them the benefit of the doubt because I understand there are new people and new services. Looking forward to better...
Read morePho District! If your tendon is not done simmering to be soft DON'T SERVE IT TO YOUR CUSTOMERS. This is the third time I've ordered out and I've gotten tough inedible tendon. Just tell whoever that the item is unavailable so that the person can order something else, order later, or buy elsewhere. Don't ruin your customer's day and waste their time and money, it's so disrespectful.
Aside from that I love the food at this establishment and it has been satisfying my cravings and soothing my nausea during my pregnancy. I'm happy I can order pho from here by grubhub, as I am pretty stuck at home at the moment.
Edit to add: I want to talk about the pho. I don't see why people find it bland; maybe they aren't familiar with pho. I can tell you that I smell the aromatics. The star anise that cooked in the broth is so comforting and I can taste every...
