Aloha Furniture — Local services in Beaverton

Aloha Furniture is the best furniture place in the town! My wife and I drove around shopping for furnitures to our home and we were amazed that nobody came close to match their awesome customer service plus the quality of the furniture they had. We were supposed to pay for our delivery and setup, but we’re shocked to receive a call that they’re taking care of delivery and setup both for free of charge. We purchased a very nice dining and we are going back to shop for our living room rug and other items we still need for our home. Their delivery service went beyond our expectations. They were on my door 30 minutes early which worked in our favor. I recommend this place please go check them out. And one side note: They have zero push to buy. You come in check out their items, they will be there to help but nobody will tell you anything pushing you to buy. I love this part the most ‘cause I don’t like being pushed. We visited one place in Beaverton and their customer service agent kept annoying us with asking many questions interrupting our time checking out their items. This caused me to quit checking their store and left within 20 minutes annoyed by their agent. But at Aloha furniture this kind of behavior cannot be found. Best place...

A few months ago I was in the market for new bedroom furniture. Aloha Furniture was the fifth or sixth furniture store I had been to. I met with Tony and he helped me find the perfect bedroom set! The delivery fee was a great price and the furniture arrived quickly. Set up was quick and nothing was left behind.

I recently went back to purchase a second matching bedside table because I had only purchased one at the time I bought the bedroom set. My husband said he didn’t want a bedside table when I originally purchased the set but then he changed his mind. So back I went and Tony once again was incredibly helpful and friendly to work with. This time I went with my two young kids. While he was helping another customer the kids and I looked at bedroom sets for their rooms as well (we had just moved and would be purchasing new bedroom sets for them soon). He took extra time to help me and the kids and look up pricing for a few available options for the sets we were looking at. We didn’t end up purchasing bedroom sets for the kids this day and did not feel pressured to purchase, but we will definitely be back in the coming weeks when we are ready for their new...

We purchased a sofa and loveseat from this store, and the experience has been extremely disappointing. The model in the store was comfortable, but the set we received had deep, noticeable divisions between the seat cushions, creating uncomfortable "valleys." Worse, you can feel the springs when you sit down, and they sometimes even shock my hands and arms.

Unfortunately, we were traveling after purchasing and missed the return window. The store refused to take it back or exchange it for another set once that window expired. They did replace it once (since it was still within the replacement period), but the new set had the exact same issues.

To make matters worse, we also bought a dining set, and the nails holding the cushions to the seats have been coming loose one by one.
