I have been going here for over 10 years, and I used to really love this place. However the last few times we’ve gone in have been a very different experience. Last night my guy went in to pick up Glob Mops and Butane. They were out of both. He decided to get an off-brand pack of swabs because we really needed them and by that time the other smoke shops nearby had closed so we couldn’t go anywhere else. The associate told him the 4-pack was supposed to be sold individually for $15 each. Everyone knows a small pack of q-tips doesn’t cost $15 and it was obviously labeled for the price of the packaged value set. The associate sold him 2 tiny packs for $30, didn’t contact a manager to confirm it before he adjusted the price, and said to come back tomorrow if we need to have it fixed. My fiancé left feeling frustrated knowing he’d have to go back the next day and waste his time. I ended up calling today to try and contact a manager but there was nobody on staff that could help so the associate on staff had to call his owner. I told them I want a partial refund or some type of discount if I go all the way back out there for them to fix the error the employee made (I work in customer service and this is very standard when it’s an error on behalf of the business). So I go all the way back over there, and they didn’t give me any discount or reimbursement for the huge waste of time and inconvenience. I gave them a chance but they honestly deserve 0 stars. Read moreFirst, there's a mini mart a block down the road on 185th+TV Hwy where you can buy disposables $10 cheaper.😊 Being how they were closed at the time, I stopped by because it was late and on the way home from the gym. I bought the TripBerryIce Elfbar at the cashier's recommendation. Little did we know that the device would "misfire" every second hit until it stopped working altogether! Within 5 minutes I was back at the store explaining my woes to the manager(who saw me minutes earlier) who arrogantly replied, "it's your fault, you must have burnt out the coil." Only, if that were the case the coil would be vaping something. This device was vaping nothing- obviously an electrical issue. And was then was accused of being a schemer. You'd think that replacing a defective disposable vape would be worth the cost of having a happy repeat customer with good reviews, right? I wish I had known that it was legal to test the vape before leaving, or else I would have done so. Luckily, I was able to take the Ejuice-soaked sponge out of the defective Elfbar and put it into an old one and- voila! It tastes a little funny, but better than the alternative. Read morethis is one of my favorite stores I would give it five stars if it was slowly based on selection. pricings not terrible either. the one drawback and for me it's a huge drawback is the quality of customer service or lack there of it seems the gentleman that works there at night is far more interested in playing on his cell phone than it is selling items. every time my roommate and I have gone there and she is a big spender his lack of sales ability and what seems like even care has left lot of money on the table. and I give this rating based on a handful of visits not just the guy having a bad night I've never had a positive experience with the guy he's not necessarily rude just just plain displacent an uninterested in doing his job. when I visit in the owner's there he gives the world-class service so he set the bar really high I hope he's uses for viewing and makes the proper adjustments. the frequency of me and my roommate visits have gone way down I'm sure we're not the only ones. don't let this discourage you from visiting the store especially if you're going during the day they have a wonderful selection great pricing and they're willing to wheel and...
