Second visit today, and wow, what a plot twist. I ordered a wet burrito, expecting magic like my first visit. Instead, I got a tortilla so soggy it shouldāve come with swim trunks. When I asked if they could crisp it up on the flat top, the lady at the counter hit me with, āThe tortilla is precooked. We donāt do that here.
Now, Iām standing there like, āWhat do you mean itās precooked? Is this a burrito or a stunt double?ā Or best yet is it an Amazon warehouse return?ā Meanwhile, the chefs in the back acted like they were on a lunch breakāin my personal food saga. Seriously, the chefs in the back didnāt even blink. I bet you they were saying Armano (me their bro) is in a cooking reality show and losing badly.
I specifically asked for more salad and less beans and cheese. What did I get? According to the lady, āThey mustāve forgotten to mix it.ā Forgot to mix it?! What is this, a burrito or a middle school group project where nobody communicates? She even suggested I mustāve eaten the lettuce first. Maāam, I didnāt eat the lettuceāIām still trying to find it under all that chaos!
Are those chefs back there, or grocery clerks on their day off? It felt like they used the tortilla as a grocery bag, tossing in rice, beans, and lettuce like they were packing me up to go home and make the real burrito myself. Next time, at least give me the lettuce please and I would love to mix it myself!
And hereās the kicker: when I asked her name (you know, for clarity), she said, āI donāt like giving out my name.ā Excuse me? What do I call you thenāBurrito Bandit? Tortilla Tyrant? Or better yet, the ghost burrito whisperer? Miss Mysterious? The Bean Bandit? Keeper of the Precooked Tortilla? You get the point. I can call her precooked burrito ladyā¦
The first visit was amazing, but this time I left with a wet burrito, a dry sense of humor, and a whole lot of questions. If you go, bring your own grill, your own mixer, and maybe a detective to solve the case of the missing customer service.
None the less, Iāll be back again when my girl NG is there, and Iāll give you a 3rd updateāhopefully with a burrito that actually exists.

11-24-2024 Yes, I walked into Don Chilitosāafter parking my car backwards, of course, because Iām fancy like that. Anyways, I was greeted by Angie. At least, thatās what she said her name was. But honestly, why does she even need all those letters? All you hear is N and G. Angie, your name is clocking overtime! Who approved this? Her parents? The government? Not my business, though. Just nod, smile, and agree. Did you agree? I hope so⦠Oh, aNd G, the food was good too. Iām vegetarian š„.
Angie (but N G really) was super kind, like I was her long-lost genie who escaped before I could grant the wish to spell her name with fewer letters. Her service? Fantastic. Her hospitality? So warm, I felt like I was wrapped in a freshly made tortilla. And the food? Oh, yeah (or should I say Oh, NG,)ādid I mention the food? It was good. So good, I almost forgot why I was ranting about her name.
In summary: Don Chilitosāwhere the food is great, but Angieās name might need a trim. Highly recommend stopping by for both the tacos and the existential crisis about letter efficiency.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreI would not recommend this place it has terrible customer service an employee became aggressive and hostile one of the worst that My family has ever dealt with! We tried doing A pick up order and when we called to place the order they requested your card information which is understandable some locations require it after people donāt pick up their orders which at that point we didnāt feel comfortable giving that information over the phone so we decided to just go in the restaurant when we arrived and place our order there was a new employee she had been there for two days she took our order and when we got our order it was completely wrong we asked about it and instead of our orders being fixed and us just paying The proper amount we had to buy more food on the side because the drive thru employee wouldnāt fix our order itās understandable when you are new to an establishment and dont know how to place orders right then that employee from the drive thru became really hostile to the point where she was aggressive and asked my father to go over the counter and hit her. That is not OK that is horrible customer service she doesnāt know how to treat customers she wouldnāt give her name she wouldnāt give managements name at that point it makes you want to contact the Better Business Bureau because thatās not OK weāve been customers of this restaurant for years Iāve worked in the customer service industry and this lady should know better to take out her anger on the customers, when you work in customer service you know that the customer is always right no matter if theyāre not and I donāt think the situation shouldāve escalated to where she took it itās ridiculous this place needs to have a way for the customers to contact management or the owners when thereās complaints customer shouldnāt be treated this way! the owners and management definitely need to talk to their employees about how to...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreHello,
I placed a door dash order at your Aloha location in Oregon, today, Sunday, May 5, 2024.
The original order was never delivered. The driver stole my food. Doordash credited me the money so I replaced the order again but this time instead of the taco salad I ordered four tacos.
So, now my second order is in and the first driver is waiting there about 10 minutes before canceling it and Door Dash assigned another driver. The second driver arrives at the restaurant and waits a good 20 mins before I call the restaurant myself and ask if everything was okay.
In the middle of me explaining the situation to the restaurant manager they hang up on me.
I then call the driver and ask if they received my order. While on the phone with the driver the manager tells them, I canceled the order. I say I didn't cancel it.
I called the restaurant again an associate answers the phone tells me my order is ready they are packaging it now and about to hand it over to the driver. While we were on the phone I get the alert that the restaurant has canceled my order.
I hear the manager tell the associate to tell me it wasn't my order the driver was picking up. The assosicate says, ābut it usbher order,ā the manager tells them to lie and say it wasn't mine.
The assosicate says they will not. The manager gets in the phone tells me the lie I heard them telling.
They tells me once they have completed one order they can't make a second one because DoorDash won't pay them for it.
I explained the situation and explained I heard they come up with the lie and my food was never delivered.
All they kept saying was, āthose aren't are politics at this restaurant we don't remake food.ā
Eventually, I hung up. We were getting no were and I still didn't get my food. But the restaurant gave my food to...
