I called a week before I need the cake for pick up just because it was for my moms bday and he bday falls pretty close to thanksgiving so I didn’t want to have an problems from waiting last minute. They called me on this week on Thursday saying I needed to pay the deposit for the cake by Friday. Not a problem went in Friday and paid, I called Sunday the day of pick up and ask if it was ready. The lady that picked up the phone said they didn’t have my order. I described the cake and the person I paid the deposit to, the person that was behind the desk was a male and helping others in line, she said “oh yeah he doesn’t work here”….? Why do you have him running the register if he doesn’t work there?! I have the receipt and the transaction number and they still couldn’t find anything and they couldn’t find the slip I saw with my own eyes with my information that I saw on the day I paid the despot. She was rude and not understanding of the situation, she said “come in an hr we are busy and can’t deal with this” I understand your busy but I paid for something to be done at a certain time and you are telling me to wait an hour to see if I...

I used to love this bakery and got all my cakes from here over the past few years. My last visit left me with a totally sour taste in my mouth. It seems that they don't value customer service like they used to. I've never had someone treat me like my business wasn't wanted. I went to order a cake, while trying to talk to the cashier, she kept dropping out of our conversation to go check people out even though they weren't rushing her since they saw she was busy taking a cake order, if that wasn't bad enough, every question or request about the cake l wanted was a no. I've never had any bakery say I could not 1, customize a cake o my needs and 2, to at least be able to change the color of the frosting. Nothing fancy, nothing extreme. I just wanted to switch from pink to a purple frosting. Then when she saw I wasn't going to order she just left me standing there to go do something else. I really loved their cakes and always got excellent service but this was just not okay and this bakery had never treated me this way. Hopefully the owners change up...

Worst experience ever! I had been coming to this bakery since they opened and noticed that the quality was declining at every visit so I completely stopped coming in the last couple of years. However yesterday I stopped as a last resort and purchased a Tres leches cake, when my guest started to eat the cake some threw up. I immediately pulled all the cake slices back, I called the bakery and they asked me to describe the cake I than heard someone in the background said 'yes that one was old already have them bring it back'. Upon my arrival both young ladies at the bakery started to talk in Spanish and giggles saying " oh si ese estaba echado a perdir " meaning it was expired/gone bad. They said I could go ahead and pick another cake after we selected another cake I was told I had to pay another $5 dollars. I asked to speak to the manager and as one was about to give me the number the other one said I'll call her and left with her personal cell and never came back in the store. I will be reporting...

Disappointed & Frustrated – Avoid Paying in Advance! I placed an order for my son's 11th birthday cake on May 7th, specifying exactly what we wanted. The staff member handling the order was dismissive, rudely insisting that I email a photo and impatiently asking if I had sent it yet. When I confirmed and asked if they had received the email, they assured me they had. Fast forward to pick-up day, and they had completely botched the order—using a photo from my OTHER son’s cake from the previous month. A totally different order, different child, different occasion, yet they somehow reused the wrong image. To make things worse, when I asked them to fix their mistake, they told me I’d have to pay **again** for a new cake. Absolutely unacceptable. If you order from here, **do NOT pay in advance**—wait until pick-up to avoid a headache and disappointment. This bakery turned what should have been a special moment into a frustrating mess.

This is a great Mexican bakery! Can’t believe I never stopped in before. I don’t know much about Mexican baking culture, but they must love sugar and sweet breads. Cases full of pastries and treats. They even have a wide selection of cakes. Loved our Pan de Muertos and sugar skull cakes. Can’t wait to come back for donuts! The person in front of me has a tray that was heaped with pastries and breads and i thought for sure it would be $50+. Nope - it was like $25. Everything is reasonably priced. It’s a neat system where you use tongs to load your pastries onto a sheet tray and move from station to station. Not sure what that other person’s issue was - these pastries are obviously fresh and the t was friendly (and busy!!!).

Wonderful little Mexican bakery. Their cakes are the best definitely recommend their tres leches cakes. You can order one made fresh for your party or stop in and pick up a pre made one if they have any left. They also carry a large assortment of sweet and savory Mexican bakery items made fresh throughout the day. Along with small 2 person tres leches cake for when you want a dessert but not the whole cake. If you need a few groceries they carry some as well, from canned goods, cheese, sauces, medicine and Mexican candies. I definitely recommend you stop in and try out this bakery.
