I've been to this location a few times in the past and didn't have the best experiences so I haven't been back for about 5 years or more until this evening at 11:10pm...
The employee working named Kevin was absolutely AMAZING, nice, personable, professional, friendly, he indicated some newer menu options, and was really cool about answering a few questions I had about some of the sandwiches & the new garlic cheesy bread... He was quick, efficient, a positive attitude, and was really cool the entire time making my sandwiches, making me laugh... Upon checking out I was asked if I was a rewards member, and I wasn't, he explained throughly what the program was, how it worked, asked if I wanted to sign up, and signed me up on the spot, which literally took seconds, compared to some other rewards programs offered at other retailers... No application, questions about your phone # or address, or even name in front of any customers holding up any lines at all, no emails needing to be entered either to sign up, he literally swiped a rewards card, informed me to go online and complete the sign up progress, so your personal information isn't being said aroubd the store!!! I Loved it!!!

Read moreThis is my second review in a two week span. I went in on Monday night at 7 o’clock and the sign was off and the doors were locked. There was no sign on the door saying they were closed for any reason so I have no idea what that was about. Then I go in yesterday which was Tuesday at about the same time. There’s two employees sitting at a table eating. They asked me if I had an online order. I said no I would be ordering one sandwich. They said they were only doing online orders which I don’t understand but I told them OK I’ll download the app and submit an online order. Once I said that the guy said I’ll make you a sandwich. It was one gentleman and a woman and it was the most unprofessional and embarrassing. Customer service I might have ever witnessed the two were clearly dating and were constantly arguing while making sandwiches. Not to mention it look like this gentleman had never made a sandwich at Subway in his life, and it couldn’t have been a simpler sub. Period the customer service along with the cross contamination, the wait time, and the fact that they tried to get rid of business because they didn’t want to get up and make a sandwich was insane. This place is 3 minutes from my home so obviously I stop here for a sandwich all the time. A dozen times maybe. Morning, afternoon, evening. Weekends, weekdays.
It's just always closed.
Literally never not once has the front door been unlocked. Half the time there's even someone inside wearing the uniform! What are they doing in there???
UPDATE Jan 2023: They're open now! Well, kind of. Every time I go in there, the first thing the counter lady says is a list of things they're out of. I once told her: "If you stocked orange soda, I would buy it." She got all huffy and told me the truck was late, but ma'am, they've been out of orange soda for 6 weeks. How late is that truck?

UPDATE Feb 2023: The standard Subway tuna sandwich has 2 scoops of tuna on it. Scoop, put, scoop, put. Easy.
At this shop they make a point to scrape the scoop across the edge of the tub, making the tuna level across the top of the scoop and putting about 1/3 of the scoop back in the tub.
