The bartender is terrible. She litterally ignored me for no reason. I waited patiently to order drinks and get a menu, she ignored me for over 5 minutes. And she was not doing anything at all. Ordered drinks, went back up to the bar to place food order. She dropped the food and never came back. Bussed my own table as our friends were arriving. Put my dishes in the bud tub, went back up to the bar to order drinks. Waited over 30 minutes while she helped over 15 people that walked up to the bar after me. A friend of mine that is a regular Wales up to the bar and stood next to me, she went right up to him and asked what he would like. When he told her I was first she said “I will get to her”. I finally ordered my drinks, closed out my tab, still tipped 20% but will never go back. I have been in this industry for 19 years and have never seen anything like this.

She was also cutting her fruit as needed and was muddling fruit in half a shaker of ice. 🙄

I will never purchase a single item nor step foot in this...

The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! The lady that answers the phone has to be the rudest person I’ve even spoken with in my life.... she yelled at me when I tried to order sweet and sour sauce “ no red sauce then , no red sauce then ” I was so confused on why she was yelling at me about something I wasn’t ordering.... then I get a 25mins quote show up like 25mins later , she lies to my gf and says “I just got off the phone with him, it will be 20mins” my call log shows that’s not true, took over an hour to get our food, with kids waiting. I will never understand how this place does business so well when everyone I talk to says the same thing, like everyone from that area HATES THAT LADY! And just hates the way the employees act.... it’s terrible... Ithey have a couple cool bartenders but that’s about it.. also the prices are not the same as they show...

I've never eaten at the restaurant. This review is purely of the bar. The service here is absolutely terrible. Every single time I go, the bartenders tend to ignore me for 10-20 minutes (first time I went, I sat at a not very busy bar for 30 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me). I went yesterday. There was 2 women at one end, a man near them, a man at the other end of the bar, and the bartenders took so long to get to me still. And $5.25 for a cider is imo overpriced. I can usually get a cider for $3-4. Literally the only reason I go here is for the KJ they have Friday and Saturday nights. John is amazing and the acoustics are great.
