11/11/24 update.. I miss when new seasons was actually good.. I guess these reviews continually need to be posted because theyre doing it again where there's no way to know if they're serving hot food or not . Yet another waste of my time . I don't understand how a grocery store this size seems to always have trouble providing hot food . If Safeway can do it so can you .. especially since I would imagine a store that charges this much for everything can afford to either donate or throw away a bit of food at the end of the night in the effort to feed the people who rely on them š. I don't know why this location sucks but do yourself a favor and go to any other New Seasons. Better yet go to Barber World Foods if you have the time because somehow that small grocery store puts New Seasons to shame. I mean, I guess itās baby steps. Quite literally every other new seasons market does hot food better than this location. If you could put out some sort of notice, saying due to lack of necessity or due to excess food waste our hot food location has x restrictions.
I mean, I definitely appreciate it more than when you took it away. But Iām serious. The idea that you canāt keep food stocked, amazes me. Half the time when I come here thereās food, the food has no relation to one another so you could never make a meal out of it, but at least thereās food. But the other half of the time it is empty and no one cares. Canāt tell me that the Raleigh Hills area wouldnāt be open to a hot food option. But unfortunately, theyāre concerned that your hot food isnāt going to be there so theyāre not going to risk it. Once again I genuinely donāt understand why this new seasons sucks at hot food. If anyone wants to tell me Iām open to understanding...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe rating reflects the service we received from the sandwich deli and the sandwich deli only. Iāve had the Impossible Burger before, however weāve only ever purchased the patties and cooked them ourselves. I was really excited to see how New Seasons markets it, because it really is delicious! I was disappointed with a bland concoction (and I even subbed vegan cheese with REAL cheese). My bun wasnāt toasted, though Iāll take some responsibility for this, because I didnāt put it in the notes, but who doesnāt want a toasted bun on a burger?! The patty wasnāt seasoned at all and the supposed chipotle aioli and Dijon mustard that it came with was completely tasteless. This was just one part of our trip (I came with my boyfriend). Heād ordered a sandwich and opted for a baguette sandwich. After he walked away, the sandwich lady asked me what a baguette was after theyād just finished discussing how he was going to go get a baguette to make the sandwich on. I was flabbergasted! On 2 different sections of the order card, he put āToastā (as in, toasted sandwich) and at the bottom in the notes said āToast bread.ā Would you be surprised at this point if I said the bread wasnāt toasted? It was a chicken sandwich with provolone (meaning, the baguette wasnāt toasted and the cheese wasnāt melted). Weād taken our food back to the seating area and by that time, we were very hungry; so, we decided to take matter into our own hands by microwaving it rather than causing a fuss back at the deli. We normally have great experiences here. This was just one sad Sunday at the...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreNew seasons is a good local store if you don't have food allergies. You're not very conscious of having truly wheat free and corn free products. When they are asked not to put multi dextrin and other corn products in their soups they don't listen. Consequently I have not been able to eat their soups for years. I would really like to be able to eat their soups two because when I get sick I always turn to them for a quick resource to eat and it doesn't work. They're great for gluten-free desserts. They have really good soft ecologically sound toilet paper. They sell the absolute best eggnog in the entire town that is absolutely fabulous, Organic Valley, every year for holidays and always run out too quickly. They have very good meat and fish and vegetables and guacamole. Their deli case is wonderful except that there's very little that's gluten and corn free. They cook baked chickens which is a problem for someone like me who's allergic to chicken. They don't bake turkey breast which would have a wider appeal. This is a store where people with food allergies would turn, but really can't afford to because they don't support us too well. They do have toothpaste that doesn't have corn in it and that saves me. They're nice people who are not especially responsive to the...
