This past week! I was on a video call making a order when the representative Lulu started my order and she was not very helpful. She made me feel as if I was taking up her time. She was so rude speaking to other people while on the call and putting me on hold at least 3 times & to top it off I received my order and there where things I didn't order in my order. The nerve of this girl. Clearly she has no customer service skills. I'll be contacting someone from Oro Laminado about her behavior. It's my purchase not hers to throw in what we are paying for.
