12/7/2024–I’m just updating/increasing rating but they close at 10 not 9 on Fridays . Change rating from 1 star to what you see now. The gym equipment is top tier and their a lot of nice people from fellow gym goers to workers that can make it feel like a 2nd home. I don’t experience the weird un wanted vibes anymore a few of those people that made it that way don’t seem to work there anymore either. I work different hours different job so I’m not that affected by gym early hours at all.
If you don’t care about bringing people to gym and if closure of 10pm M-F , 7pm on Sat and Sun don’t affect you then this at least a 4.5 star gym. The cleanliness is almost un match, it’s top notch 5 star quality.
I do enjoy going to the gym, I’m just going stand on what I wrote 10 months ago though with the exception of increasing rating. If you could bring someone at least twice out the week then that will increase their rating They do have a day care so that’s a plus for people that have kids, I don’t have any myself. I would like medicine ball, they dont have any just the half size looking one that’s flat at bottom. They have a boxing area with ring and sparring bags. They have amazing Sauna that looks fancy upscale, like something rich people go to.A barber Shop and nails specialist.
They sell healthy nutrition and not junk and pizza unlike some other gyms
I like that unlike other gyms you can naturally express yours self here as you workout and not be told to go in corner and hush because you made a natural grunt as you lift something heavy.
The old 1 star review- I don’t like the closing Hours. 10, 9 on Friday is too early for me. Work 10yrs Amazon don’t get off till 6 it’s hard to get things done and rush there. To get at least 45mins. The vibe be uncomfortable after at 9pm seem like they don’t want me there. The equipment is new state of art, gym clean but that’s it. It’s hard for to give a good rating to place I don’t get a chance to go to that’s charging $65 a month with no guess’s pass. Oh yeah $15 a day for guess. No way I’m paying that for my little niece and nephew every time I go,neither their parents, they definitely not paying $65m/o when they got a gym that lets them bring two-3 on their membership at no extra cost. They were my favorite gym buddies I can’t bring them...
Read moreI love it….The kind of exercise experience you wish you had at every gym. They welcome you regardless of your size or activity ability. You’re pushed every single class. The instructors and owners care about your health. I have been doing the virtual classes 3 days a week on the Roku app for the last 5-6 months and I’m down 16 lbs. I’m not on a diet at all. I had cookies and chocolate covered pretzels this week lol. Imagine my results if I were on a healthy diet as well. I sweat every single class and I’m not in pain afterwards. If you care about your health or enjoy a diverse step aerobics class, you’ll love it. One class will give you a combination of dance, steps, squats or lunges, kickboxing and...
Read moreI have to admit I was shook going back to the gym after some years off. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. The people who attend the gym are super cool. It’s not a meat market the customers are there to hang out and get the work done, whether it be in the upbeat classes everyone raves over or on the floor in the weight room. The place is the cleanest gym I have ever been to. Including the top tier workout equipment, the showers, washrooms and sauna. Did I mention the sauna?! It’s amazing after a workout and the massage chairs are a nice addition as well! I also need to give a good shout out to my trainer Eryn who is super professional and down to earth and...
