The Staff at Bedford Indiana's Dunham's is top notch. They are eager to help and willing to go above and beyond the norm to help their customers. Love all of the coupons that they have in their circulars.
I bought a kayak there in June and took it camping Father's Day weekend. I shared it with my friends who also loved it. They went out and bought two for themselves. Their friend wanted one too, so they drove to Mt Vernon Illinois Dunham's for hers (their last one).
My friends decided to get one more Perception Kayak and called the manager in Bedford to check their stock but found out that they were sold out. She offered to have one shipped in from a newly opened store in Northern Indiana, however it would take two weeks to get it to Bedford. We needed it quickly as our coupon was about to expire. The manager called around and found us one in Anderson Indiana. They have put a hold on it and I will be able to pick it up tomorrow.

Twice I've went to this particular establishment to hear static playing on the store intercom, where I assume music of some sort should be playing. While this alone shouldn't blacken a business's reputation, when I looked for an employee to inquire about the persistent static playing in the back ground I could find none. Dare I say, should I have been a customer of ill repute, I think I could have acquired a large collection of merchandise at a considerable discount. Though the prices are fair, nothing of note as to the "deals" they might be advertising. Read moreI'd been shopping for 10 minutes before anyone spoke to me. After I told her I didn't need help at the moment she never checked back in with me. When I actually needed help there were no employees to be found. I had to call the store from my cell to get help. I told the store manager what my issue was, and he told me he doesn't train his employees to check back in with customers. Finding that unacceptable, I asked for his supervisor's name and phone number. I walked out to the parking lot to call the district manager, only to find out that the store manager had given me a number that's no longer in service. This is the worst customer service experience...
