Athleta — Local services in Bee Cave

I was really disappointed in Customer Service at the store. Store staff is very friendly when you were there to buy items and spend your money. But when it comes to a problem with your items, apparently they cannot do anything about it. I’ve got an item and after just one time use it’s tore/frayed in outside seam. First, I was told to bring this leggings back to the store to exchange. But when I came over, they refused to do it because I caught the tags. None of the dogs have information about that you are not supposed to cut them off.I was told that “they can not do anything about it”. That’s all the customer service. After a call to actual Athleta, customer service line the store was able to give me a $15 fit card. The person who gave me this card was not apologizing or smiling or tried to be friendly when I got it. For the brand That position itself as a premium brand this is not acceptable...

I love Athleta as a brand because they recently started carrying extended sizes in store. As a plus size person, it can be discouraging to try and shop and not find your size in anything.

The ladies working there are always so nice!!! They always welcome me, ask if I need a fitting room, and set my clothes up in the fitting room for me so I don't have to carry them around while looking at other items. They also let me know about on-going deals, which is awesome. They even remembered my name at check-out and told me to have a good day.
