lululemon — Local services in Bee Cave

I’ve been shopping here for years and have literally spent thousands of dollars at this location. Today, the girl that checked out my order said that my 15% first responder discount is no longer valid and that it was only available for the first time purchase at a Lululemon. I don’t know where she got this from, but it is absolutely ridiculous! She would not accept my information or give me my discount which I have used with every single visit and every time I online shop here. She continued to argue with me after verifying my information and even told me to go get additional ID verification out of my truck and then come back, but still would not give me my discount. This is Friday, June 6 at 4:15 PM. I will never shop here again because of this one employee and the treatment towards me. She made it a point to be as rude as possible when I was walking out....

The educator who helped me shop was outstanding—thoughtful, patient, asked great questions, and genuinely seemed happy to help. Unfortunately, the experience at checkout was the complete opposite. The person who rang me up had low energy, didn’t make eye contact, didn’t greet me, and seemed visibly annoyed or unwell. They stuffed my items into a bag and handed it to me with a flat “here you go,” without any acknowledgment or basic courtesy.

This felt completely out of step with the high level of service I’ve come to expect from Lululemon at other locations around the country. Really disappointing.
