Chuck E. Cheese — Restaurant in Maryland

The staff was great! Super friendly and helpful. The facility looks a little outdated in some areas, but otherwise not all that bad and clean. The bathroom stalls have no privacy, you can clearly see who's using the toilet through the 1/2 in gap in the door. Pretty gross. They were clean though. It's a lot smaller than I thought it would be. There's more games there than there is a jungle gym, which consist of just tunnels on the ceiling in one small area. There's a huge event area, with a stage and dancing Chuck E Cheese robots. Scared the piss out of my 4 year old, but all is good! lol. They do have a lot of various arcade games on both sides of the facility, meaning I believe one side is specifically set up for young kids and the other side is for older kids. There's plenty of seating throughout the entire facility, making it easy to find an area you enjoy the most and sitting by it. They have a lot of food choices and their salad bar looked amazing, other than flies making their way on the salad, it's the inevitable with open food. As a vegan family, there wasn't anything specific on the food menu for vegans, but we were able to customize a pizza with just sauce and veggies and get fries, only to find that when the food came out that the pizza was over priced for a few measly veggies and the "basket" of fries was more of a cup of fries. With a food package as seen in my photos, with unlimited drinks for 2 and a 120 points to play games for a family of 4 was about $64. Overall we had fun, but most games are...

Had my daughters bday here and attended a bday party for my daughters friend, at my recommendation. This chuck e cheese is actually clean! We were looking around at the one on eastern and another one here nearby and they had like...trash on the floors and the tables were never cleaned off after parts were finished, there was even trash and a DIAPER in the arcade area. This chuck E cheese was VERY clean and uppity it was great! Even the people employees are kind, clean, knowledgeable and helpful! We had to move a party from one chuck e cheese to this one in bel air and the employee from the other one had no idea how, wanted nothing to do with trying to help it was so frustrating! We spoke to the bel air person once about our problem and she hopped to immediately and had us switched, deposit and everything! She even hooked us up with some extra tokens tickets for our trouble in dealing with the other chuck e cheese. I highly recommend this Bel Air Chuck E Cheese, dont even bother looking around, and I'm a bit snobby so trust you dont need to look around. Also they have the original moving robotic characters, chucky's pals on a real stage that sing and such. I got a big dose of nostalgia, all around amazing visits each time! Love this place, had so much fun playing along with my daughter and she had the BEST time. I WILL be bringing her again, even if it's just for a playdate with her bff...

This place is absolutely ridiculous! Been there two times this week the first time someone stole the Chuck-E-Cheese cup right off of the table. When we said something to the girl behind the counter she Shrugged her shoulders and put her hands up and said okay. The machines that count your tickets and destroy the tickets once you feed it into them break or turn off or a error message comes up while you're cutting your tickets in. the number is way off from the actual amount of tickets that you put through. And if that wasn't bad enough when you are playing the different games they will either come up with an system error or it will slide out have a malfunction while you're trying to play it. or when you come up to it it already is flashing an error sign and when you try and tell an employee about it they seem not to care or do anything about it. Half of the machines that do work don't have any tickets in it because there isn't enough personal to actually run this place. It is like a crazy madhouse in there and it's sad when a five year old says this place is a RIPPOFF! This place is absolutely rediciouls!!
