Panera Bread — Restaurant in Maryland

Panera is known for good service good food and clean restaurant. Not the one in Bel Air MD!! I stood in front of the counter watching employees and a manager talk amongst themselves trying to figure out who was going to take my order. Finally one employee - frustrated - said I'll ring her up. I ordered the Pick 2 with the new lobster roll. My order came to $24!!!! I said Wow that's an expensive lunch!! The cashier said yea the Lobster roll can't be a half portion so you get a full and it's $16!! None of the signage stated that. I thought well really like Lobster it must be great! As I waited for my number to be called I heard employees having personal conversations about text messages they got and talking about other people that work there. So I get my food and the Lobster roll is huge!! Too bad it didn't taste as good as it looked or cost!! It was bland, mushy, terrible!! My salad was more flavorful!! I didn't even eat half of it!! I then needed to use the restroom - of course was dirty with trash in the floor. I don't know what's going on with this Panera but it was terrible from beginning to end!

This location is s a big yikes. The dinning room was dirty and the customer service was awful. The girls up front kept forgetting things for my order and told me my discount was added which it wasn't, but hey at least they were kind.The guy making orders was rude though. I told him that a part of my order was missing and he told me I needed to get that piece from the front. Then as I was walking up he started screaming to them that I never purchased the order MULTIPLE TIMES. To the point other guest were staring... That's so embarrassing!!!! Thankfully I found my receipt to prove I purchase said item and the blonde hair girl apologized and gave me my missing item. This store needs to have better training for...

It was my first time at this particular one but I expected greatness like any other. My (to go) sandwich was made in a rush fashion. The label was on the inside of the paper, the paper was if they literally crumbled it together with my meal inside and the pickle was no where to be found. The sandwich itself was ok. The worst part were the customers or their children, that literally made a mess and left it for the staff. 😑 I don't expect them get the vacuum and wash cloth - but please...don't let the little ones pour their drinks out, crush their chips, tear the napkins and leave it, as we watch you walk away without even attempting to clean it.🙄 Respect the Staff and establishment, that's it. Or...
