Emily is the worst!!! The manager there the one with all the tattoos... I didn't get his name but he is horrible at customer service! It's almost like a club when you walk in because the music is so loud. The employees there are more concerned chit chatting about upcoming party's more than Focusing on the actual customer INCLUDING THE person In charge. SPRINT I beg you AUDIT this store! CHECK your people! CLEAN IT UP! I have been a customer for 20 PLUS years and I have never been treated the way emely, supervisor and just all your team there in general treated my son and I. I've always had great feedback and positive up lifting stories from this company. My horrific experience Was in your particular location located 6919 eastern ave. Bell gardens C.A. On 7/6/17. My son showed up to pick up my phone they didn't give it to him because his name is not on the contract. So then I showed up and now emely started asking me for proof of my actual purchase. She wanted my son to come back and show her the email. We went back and forth for hours. She was extremely rude had a bad attitude. So was the manager who was NO help. After hours of waiting they couldn't find my order. She said my confirmations number wasn't valid. SO WHY GIVE OUT CONFIRMATIONS THAT ARE NOT GOING TO BE VALID SPRINT? Read moreIf you happen to come by to this store, please stay away from a customer service rep by the name of Brian. He will lie to you and deceit you about what you will pay on your bill. He will neglect to mention any extra charges you'll be getting on your first bill (not including activation fee). It seems to me all this guy wants is his commission. Duck this guy.
And I won't even mention the hassle we went through just to transfer two numbers (within sprint) when we signed the contract.
Never mind, just stay away from sprint altogether.

Read moreWe went to shop for a new plan in this store. The attendant seems to be knowledgeable and professional,but unfortunately she ended up being a liar. She wasn't honest with the plan we bought. I think she did a purposely mistake.She was positive about the cost of our plan of $185 per 5 lines. We asked several times and she was positive about the cost. Now, we have to pay $35 more than expected because of her mistake. We are stock with this plan for 2 years otherwise we have to pay the cost of the phones.
