Horrible. Wish I could post pictures of what I ordered online compared to what they delivered because it was not even CLOSE ... AT ALL. —UPDATE, found pictures— And when I tried to explain to them so they can fix it they got defensive and wouldn’t listen, they would just deny that there was anything wrong hoping I would just leave the store. But seriously. This is the first time I order flowers online for delivery and the last because it was embarrassing. I suggest you go to downtown and pick them out yourself, it’s not only cheaper they are WAY more beautiful arrangements. This was a horrible experience mostly because the flowers were delivered at the girls job and she didn’t know I was going to send her flowers. I’m just, so upset. Ordered a $153 bundle of 18 roses with vase and a card, I paid $8 for delivery to my house and I never got it even though they sent me a email saying it was delivered to my residency. I checked outside and with my neighbors I checked my cameras and nothing no one ever came . I called the customer service number and terrible service the woman I spoke to was rude , I asked for a refund because it’s just not fair that a florist supposedly delivered and confirmed the delivery when I never received anything. I eventually asked for a refund hopefully they give me my refund (5-7 business days) Would definitely not recommend they have no integrity. Horrible.... I should have seen the reviews for this place, before I ordered! 😣 I ordered an “amazing” flower arrangement.... not even close! I was so embarrassed sending this so call arrangement to my mom for Mother’s Day. The stems were not cleaned, all the flowers were bunched together in the vase.... I could have gone to any grocery store and purchased two bundles of mix roses n flowers and stick them in the vase and saved $159.99, what a ripoff!!!! I send them an email, haven’t received any apology or some kind of explanation.
