Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Bell

My husband went to visite this location 6/3/2025 around 1pm to get some lunch. He was denied service because she wouldn't except his coupon. She was so rude over the phone yelling at me & arguing with me when I asked her why they wouldn't except it. She claimed to be the stores "owner" if thats the owner you need to be shut down. First of all learn guest service and how to.be professional, couldn't even understand half the stuff she said and she's screaming her name couldn't even understand what it was. Her same starts with an S. To top it off she hung up on me. I need a call back from the actual owner. She's claiming to be the owner & manager of the store but she's not. Speedy service but the thing i don't like about speedy service for jacks, burger King and mickey D's is the cheese is never melted. The burgers are just a little warm and I have noticed that the fries in all 3 places EVERYTIME I ORDER IS are old and dark ALMOST BURNT. I dont even eat them anymore (only 3 or 4 fries) because they are always hard and burnt tasting ug. Its just a habit ordering the combo lol smh. Oh! AND JACK WHY DO U USE BOTH PAPER AND CARDBOARD FOR YOUR BURGERS. SO WASTEFUL. IN MY OPINION. USE ONE OR THE OTHER AND SAVE TREES SO WE CAN ALL BREATHE A LITTLE...

Do they not wear hair nets ?? There was a disgusting long hair of a woman in my burger, and I don’t complain, I tried pulling it out and it dragged the whole meat out the burger….
