We showed up and were told to wait 7 minutes for a common entree item. We had to wait FIFTEEN MINUTES AFTER DESIGNATED PICK UP TIME, even though we ordered half an hour prior. OUR HALF HOUR LUNCH BREAK WAS WASTED. Ordering on the app is a joke when we can't count on reliable pick up with a half hour headstart. We already paid, so OUR order should be prioritized, but we were lied to and had to wait behind people who showed up well after we started waiting when we should've been able to pick up and go. AND THEY STILL WANT TO GIVE US ATTITUDE!? NO. Their employees should try having their half hour lunch break wasted so they can see how it feels. They get a lot of new chefs which shouldn't be a problem for chain restaurants but it is for this one. Used to be really really good but at the start of 2017 they had a new guy cooking and he didn't really cook that well. Rice undercooked, soggy chowmein, slightly over/under cooked meat, etc. Then the quality went up a couple weeks ago. It was gone as soon as they had a new chef. Currently its not bad but some dishes are a bit off or lacking some flavor. They really need to teach all these chefs the same.
