This location is very unprofessional an dose not deserve a one star if zero stars were an option. Two female store Associates the two employees were unprofessional,disrespectful an Was racially Violet verbally and physically, throwing a new perched phone Assaulting me.not fully understanding what my metro supervisor was helping her to resolve an in store issue needing to present identification to a store employee to bypass an issue were the old phone was unworkable to complete the process. When calling my metro an supervisor assisting me to stay on the phone. the two store employees were being racially and verbally aggressive attacking my metro supervisor after he identified his self an ID number an information of identity he was racially attacked respectfully Assist her in having a understanding knowledge of this issue. in what needed to be done from inside the store to bypass at this location 34420 . With the whole conversation being recorded from the supervisor at my metro audio being recorded while on speaker phone. it was disgusting too witness such racism and violence . With this situation, I only needed to present identification to the store Employee and her to further be assisted by my metro supervisor to resolve the issue that could have been done in two minutes The employee in the location was not open Minded to taking advice from someone in a higher position than her. That knew more about what they were doing. She attacked my metro Supervisor And me the customer was Assaulted when the store employee took my brand new phone and threw it at me causing damage to the bottom corner screen of my new galaxy phone She took my phone and threw it at me Just purchasing a brand new phone She assaulted me by hitting me with the phone and attacking me verbally and racially. The police. Had to come out to assist the situation were further action is going to be taken .the whole audio was recorded an the supervisor on the phone line and store survevalence.And did not want to let me speak to store manager Or assist me with manager's contact information and or corporate information for metro to look at the store footage and listen to the audio of Her assaulting me an my metro employee supervisor. I have never been this disgusted or dealt with this type of unprofessionalism and I have been a customer of metro for 10 years. This is a disgrace that these types of people. Are in charge of stores under experienced and attacking customers This needs to stop and have something done about this situation. Read moreThis was not the first place I've been to that constantly tried to upsell me while I was considering my options. Extremely annoying. Been a Metro PCS customer for more than 10 years. I chose the phone I wanted to add on my account, a present for my Mom, despite the distractions. Also bought some accessories. Counter man Dan next ruined new glass protection for my personal phone while applying it, then ignored that fact (I had not asked for his installation). I agreed to pay for the Case & Glass kit for the new phone which Dan said would be in later that week. I repeatedly had to ask that the store call my Mom when it arrived as Dan would agree but then avert to, "Just have her come in". After I showed the damage done, Dan stated he would have a new glass protector for me along with the other kit when it was picked up. I paid by debit card and asked Dan to staple that payment receipt to my sales receipt. Dan stated, "This is your receipt. I told Dan that I do not make purchases without an itemized sales receipt. I've never heard of that. Dan stated, "She will email a receipt to you tomorrow". I said, "Ooookaay........... And, you have my email address?" He then asked for my email address. Now, over a week later, I've still received no email. Will need to make some phone calls and follow up on Dan's obligations to my Mom and me. Read moreI was not impressed with the workers at Metro PCS in Belleview. Normally ive never had an issue, they were always pretty short with me but today I think they drew the line. I got there at 6:30 and wanted to buy a phone.. They dont close until 7. He closed the store at 6:30 The manager was rude and disrespectful. He was speaking to the coworker in spanish while he was trying to run my debt card. For some reason couldn't get it to go through so I had to go get cash. I was upset and told his coworker..i guess i wont buy a phone.. Then he said no we want you to. The worker a younger guy was polite for the most part. But the manager went on to say.. "I need to get to work we need to get out of here". He did not seem to care for his customers, let alone show my how to use the phone. They also put on a screen protector that isnt even the correct size. When i asked for a reciept he told me that they dont issue receipts for cash only debit cards. I know this is bs because i used to pay my bill there all of the time and always got a reciept. I would never go back to that store again.. I will go to the Ocala store...
