Disappointed. Yet another used game store that prices most of their used 2nd and 3rd Gen video games at 100% to 200% of PriceCharting values. Real market value is more like 20%-50% of PriceCharting, which means some are priced as high as quadruple market value. No excuse for pricing NES Excitebike over $7.00, and this location has it for $20.

The good: Very friendly, helpful, and attentive staff. Greeted immediately upon entering, with the right amount of follow-up to make sure I was finding everything okay. Also, unlike many of their competition, it appears that they factor condition into their prices (but even then, the prices are still high. $5.00 for Atari 2600 "Combat", essentially a garbage throwaway or "filler" cartridge that is worth about 25 or 50 cents, tops.) This store has a extraordinarily broad scope and selection of items, from trading card games, comics, board games, coffee mugs, etc., and from what I observed, all of those items appeared to be priced within normal range to even competitive range. Overall, the atmosphere is great, and the staff are wonderful. It's a shame that relying on flawed PriceCharting and eBay B.I.N. prices to do their homework for them cost them the other two stars I would have given for...

Do not waste you money here the return policy is terrible here my wife purchased a ps2 power cable here and we found out are ps2 did not work so we as the guy when we first purchased the item what’s the return policy he said it was returnable as long if it is not damaged and in perfect condition I call today to ask about it the other guy told me it’s not returnable it’s useless to us now never again buying from this store again they want to take your money and run and that’s unacceptable because it was one day and I’m returning it that’s ridiculous tbh this is worse then game stop I thought game stop was bad lol do not buy here game stop is probably a better choice nobody is on the same page working for this store it’s ridiculous one person says one thing the other is saying we can’t take it horrible store don’t lie to me in my face and say it’s non returnable now after the other guy said I can get...

Updated update clearly this is diamond's fault in regards to the negative. The guys are great.

Update Not even going every week can prevent mistakes. If getting new books on time is important, maybe consider midtown. When you read that LCS are doing poorly and feel bad for them, consider that maybe they have earned their results by not delivering the basic needs of maintaining a pull list.
