I have a new least favorite Taco Bell. I'm giving this one star simply because the chain and their properly made vegan power bowl is amazing for fast food. At this particular location in Belleview Florida, my daughter and I both requested our typical variations on the basic bowl. She always gets double chicken, no rice, double guacamole. I always get vegetarian, Alfresco (no Dairy), no rice, double beans and double guacamole. When we picked up our order, the chicken was Alfresco with only one scoop of guacamole. My vegetarian Bowl was not Alfresco and only had one scoop of guacamole. We were dining in, so I took our orders back to the counter and asked for them to be fixed properly. The lady that had prepared power bowls ( who I later learned was the store manager named Kelsey) insisted that she had finished them according to the order. When I requested new, properly made dishes, she offered to add an extra scoop of guacamole to the chicken one, which she insisted was made otherwise properly. Because of the obvious visible mistakes, I also asked for an extra serving of chicken to be sure that she had double chicken. Ms Kelsey was reluctant to oblige, and the clerk ended up getting the extra chicken for us. When I went back to the table with our remade dishes, I stirred mine up to discover that the extra portion of beans was Pinto. Frustrated, I took it back to the counter and requested to talk to the manager. A lady named Crystal came to the counter to address my concern, so I specified exactly what the problem was and how I wanted it corrected: double black beans, lettuce and pico de gallo, and double guacamole. When Crystal hesitated, I requested either to have a remade dish, a refund for my meal, or both. She made the dish as I requested. We had ordered a soft shell Supreme Taco to go, to take to my son-in-law who is in the hospital. The clerk offered to have that order made fresh when we were ready to leave. I once again went up to the counter to request the soft shell Supreme taco oh, and also ask for the business card of the store manager and the name of the lady that had prepared our meals. It was at that time that I learned that Kelsey, who had prepared our meals, was the store manager, and that Crystal, who was sent to me as the store manager, was a 'manager'. So, when I requested the store manager earlier, I didn't actually get the store manager. Kelsey sent Crystal instead. Kelsey never did come to talk to me. The final insult came when we got to the hospital, and my son-in-law opened the bag to discover that he had a regular soft taco, not Supreme as was paid for and requested. We frequently go out together to lunch at Taco Bell with the same order. Most generally the preparation is correct. Other stores, when it has not been correct, have been very quick to make it correct without any issue. I will no longer patronize the Taco Bell in Bellevue, no matter how convenient it seems to be when I travel up to the hospital. It's just not worth the...
Read moreSo,I order the same meal 5 nights a week. Grande meal, all soft tacos. I ask in the most respectful manner; please make sure they add the the proper amount of meat to my tacos, due to the past order, all lettuce and very little cheese, and a chunk or two of beef !so the young man does as I asked to do. This big white young guy as he's filling my bag of 10 soft tacos, replies to the cashier whom is waiting on him to finish my order so he can deliver it to me,says,"I'll give him his proper amount of meat, referring to his ...well you get 5he just of what I'm saying." I'm very disturbed but I decided as tired as I am ,not to reply. I didn't want to eat my food, worried about if it was contaminated with his anger. Scarry to think of it!!! I wasted $ 10.60 too scared to eat my food worried about his threat that he didn't think I had heard. Part two 8/21/18 8:13 pm One car in drive through. After SEVERAL minutes I decided to announce myself at the counter. Ok there are are literally 6-7 employees on the line working like it lunch rich. No hello welcome one second. I’m sitting in the parking lot typing now still two people in store and drive through is empty. I hate little Caesars. But at least they welcome me when I walk in and want to spend my hard earned money after passing hundreds of restaurants before choosing this one. Still no one in drive through. Why so many people who don’t care if Taco Bell makes money. Just read the reviews people, there all true. Avoid this place like its...
Read moreThis is probably the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. Being a franchise assistant let's them set their own pricing, which means the items you see advertised for $1 on every Taco Bell commercial they will charge $1.69. The $5 box is $5.99 at this location.
In addition to the price increase, they also tend to use less meat than pretty much every other location. The meat is almost always too wet and soupy. I live less than 5 minutes away, and rarely do I get home without the shells being soggy from the meat being too wet. My order is correct maybe 1 out of 5 visits, and the staff isn't very friendly.
Over the 4 years I've lived in Belleview I have dealt with the issues, since it's the closest one to us, and the only one in this town. I have decided I will never give them another penny of our money. The location in Summerfield is only a 15 minute drive and worth every minute.
If you want to pay more, for less quality and smaller portions, this location is perfect for you. If you want to get better food, with more meat and cheese and not have tacos that are 90% lettuce, while paying a lower price, then do yourself a favor and make the drive to another location.
The owners of this location should be ashamed of this place. Sadly they are able to continue making money despite being completely sub par, since they are the only one...
