Take 5 Oil Change — Local services in Belleview

I’ve always had great service, extremely polite and informative technicians. Today really was the icing on the cake, thought I needed an oil change per the oil change reminder sticker, however, when I arrived at the facility, they advised me that that was simply their top off policy and due to the grade of oil I used still have another 3000 miles, unlike some places that might’ve, missed that or not made mention and went ahead and swapped the oil, Austin was very helpful and made sure I was taken care of and was not spending money where I didn’t need to, cannot speak highly enough of this facility and the employees. Austin deserves more than five stars!

I need a coolant flush and will definitely be having take five do that with my next oil change also, cannot recommend this...

The staff at the location in Bellview Florida were ontop of their game. I was immediately greeted by a young man offering me a bottle of water. Another employee greeted me once I was directed into a bay. The employee was knowledgeable about cars. In addition to his car knowledgeable he was quite personable, and had an upbeat attitude. His customer service skills made my experience top notch. It was evident he enjoyed his job. The tech told me that my air filter needs to be changed every 8,000 miles. That simply is not true, and air filter will last 30k-45k miles. They lied straight to my face so they could try and upsale. At best that is incompetence, at worst that is fraud.

When they were talking about the differences in the grades of oil, it was obvious that he either had no idea what he was talking about or they were purposely trying to mislead me. On top of that they left a big grease hand print on the front of my WHITE car.
