Update 10/15/24 I’ve been back a couple times and tonight was something else. Hence, a perfect 5 stars! The ladies tonight were phenomenal. I called in and was told they were going to hold the item only until tomorrow but I said, I will be stopping by just before closing. I came in about 30 minutes to close. I got acknowledged as soon as I walked in. I mentioned I had called in. Staff swiftly were on it. They also went out of their way to grab several items off-site so I can try it out. I highly recommend going when these ladies are around. You will definitely be taken care of!
Came here Saturday, a day after grand opening. There was live window/human mannequins modeling. Decent-sized store, not a lot of selections. Bought accolade sweatpants as a present and was told, it was so high-waisted that made the crotch area and looked like wearing a diaper.

I had a frustrating experience with Alo’s in-store customer service after placing an online order. One of the items didn’t fit, so I asked to try a different size. I was told I had to place another online order, which I did—only to be told I’d now have to wait two hours.
I was physically in the store, waiting, but the staff made no effort to help or make the process smoother. In fact, it felt like they were actively trying not to sell me the item. What really shocked me was when one of the staff said, “Oh, you’re the one,” after learning I had placed three online orders the night before—implying I was somehow a problem. That comment made me feel incredibly uncomfortable.
I simply wanted to explore more from a special collection I liked. I don’t see what’s wrong with placing multiple orders.

The only one that was willing to help. The other ones would avoid eye contact or say that it would take at least 20 minutes to bring your size since the stock was on the other side of the mall. I thought it was because of the Black Friday. But I went there today, and nope, the sales associate were avoiding eye contact and barely responded when you asked questions. I went to LULU that is on the second floor of the mall, and like always, they are just AMAZING!! Way better customer service and people there are waaaayyyy nicer and helpful!!!
