went here on a friday in the afternoon and it was pretty dead, which was good for me and my friends. they don’t accept cash, which was a bummer because one of my friends likes paying in cash, but times are changing i guess. the food is very delicious and it comes out steamy hot! one of the head chefs came out to thank my group for coming in and offered us FREE desserts, so shout out to that guy! the prices are okay and are kinda of your average food prices in bellevue, but I was able to get two items all under $20, so that’s a steal! they also have free refills too! one thing i will say is that putting the calories on their menus is something to consider. our server was one of the nicest and hard working servers we’ve seen in awhile. the other servers seemed like they didn’t know what they were doing, but it’s a new place so maybe that’s fair. very fast service, though! this is a very casual place, so most people came in dressed casual and the atmosphere was very relaxing but engaging at the same time. many seating areas, including outside and around the gaming area and bar. as for the games, we didn’t actually play them, because the price for a few people, the type of games they had and the time limit just didn’t sit with us, but it’s definitely something worth watching while you’re chowing down. overall, we enjoyed our time here and will be back again to watch people play games and be served their delicious food! :)

Mirra is a VR lounge during the day and night club at night. The VR stuff during the day is kind of cool since their screen is massive, so you play with 8 people at once. Being located at the top of Lincoln South Tower, it's relatively easy to get to and parking can be free quite often. Inside, they have a few dozen tables plus a bar area. At night, it's 21+ years old only since it turns into a club atmosphere, unfortunately. "After Dark" has a DJ and things like bottle service, overly priced even for Bellevue. It's never really packed in here at night as there isn't anything driving crowds in because VR ends at 10pm. The service is fine here, friendly and accommodating. Their menu isn't that big and the food is ok. Drinks are expensive, especially bottles. Overall we won't be doing the "After Dark" thing since it's fairly boring, but if they bring VR into the mix at night, that might change the story since that drives most of their business during the day anyways

I did not try the food or drinks so my review is not reflective of that, but rather the experience and value of the gaming aspect.

The only thing I’ll be mentioning about the food is this: There are only 3 food items (appetizers) you’re allowed to eat while playing. So don’t expect to have a meal + game time in the same hour slot. But again, this is not factor in the low score

The staff were very friendly, this review is not reflective of them.

The reason for 2 stars is related to the concept of the business itself. The actual event starts around 15-20 mins after your time slot. You get to customize a character, but that really means only the name and picking from like one of 8 or so icons. The actual playtime for the entire time slot was around 30-35 mins. And that’s shared across your entire party. IMO that is a ridiculous figure for $200 reservation. It comes out to be $25 per person per game they play, each game seems to be 5-10 mins. Looking at $/min, this is over double the cost of Sandbox VR.

The games: You don’t have a choice in the games, they’re are selected at random. For the 4 that were in our time slot, they all felt pretty low quality. Most were lacking depth and 2/4 of them you could play at home sitting on your couch with a vr headset on. There are some really fun and polished games on the quest 3, but the ones here are not those. For example, the rhythm game is sort of a knock-off beat saber (except boxing), but something felt off with the timing (hitting the boxes with the music did not result in a perfect score, you need to account for some offset). Small things like that just kind of made it feel cheap and unpolished, especially when you can buy a full VR game for the cost of playing it for ~7 mins here. I would recommend partnering with a higher end game studio to make games that feel more polished, immersive, and intense (also more fun to watch for spectators). Best way to sum up the game quality is the same type of quality you'd expect to spend a few tickets playing at a Dave and busters.

Overall: Great staff, cool looking venue, but at the end of the day, it’s a place people want to come to for fun VR experience with friends, and that aspect fell short. My guess is that the owner expected that most of the customers will be corporate events, since they are very willing to throw money at stuff.

If Mirra includes better games, optimizes playing time for the full hour so that you get to play more than 1 game with a party of 8, and decreases the playing cost, I would...

Absolutely Unforgettable Experience at Mirra – A Must-Visit! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We’re from Arizona and were looking for something fun and different while visiting Bellevue—and wow, did we hit the jackpot with Mirra!

From the moment we walked in, the vibe was energetic and welcoming. We chose to sit at the bar and were lucky enough to be served by Angel, who was not only an amazing bartender but also a fantastic host. She walked us through the unique VR gaming experience and made the best drinks we had on our trip—seriously, she’s a gem! We started talking about darts (something we love), and before we knew it, a gentleman named John overheard us and said, “Absolutely, here are some coins,” and just like that, we were playing.

We ordered nachos—just classic bar food, right? But they were next level. Crispy, flavorful, and generously topped. Every single staff member that passed by greeted us with a smile and made sure we had everything we needed. It didn’t feel like we were customers—it felt like we were friends.

The cherry on top? We were told to come back Sunday at 9 PM to join a hockey game with two of the staff members. We showed up—and what an incredible way to celebrate our anniversary! It was so much fun and unlike anything we’ve experienced before.

As the night wound down, they were getting ready for an “All White Party” and politely let us know it was time to wrap up. We were already so grateful for the night—but then something truly unforgettable happened. As we were leaving, we paused near the entrance to let some guests pass, and I asked a gentleman how we could stay for the party. That’s when Big Papa Black looked at us and said, “You don’t leave.” I laughed and told him we’d been asked to head out, and he replied, “It’s my party—and I want you to stay.” He was so kind and welcoming, and the staff didn’t miss a beat—they kept treating us like VIPs.

We left that night with full hearts, smiling from ear to ear. This place is more than just a bar or entertainment spot—it’s an experience. The team at Mirra knows how to make you feel valued and seen. We were honestly sad to leave, but we’ll definitely be back.

If you’re anywhere near Bellevue, GO TO MIRRA. You...

[Final Review] My friends and I had the exact great experience that we anticipated we could have here! They had a great mix of different types of games and they were super super fun. The atmosphere is perfect for the gameplay and cheering on your team and great service was provided as well. Will definitely return and have already recommended this place to many others. [Update] They have reached out and offered an opportunity for my friends and I’s reservation to be honored. Will leave a final review after the experience. [Initial Review] Be careful about getting your hopes up about visiting this place, they might not honor your reservation at all and cancel on you.

I’ve been looking at this place and wanting to go for a few months now. I booked a reservation on Monday after coordinating and planning everything perfectly with 5 friends, so that a friend coming into town and a friend leaving town the next day will be able to enjoy this outing together. I receive a call the next day after I booked my reservation and paid in full (had already received payment from all my friends) that there is no VR available that day and they can’t honor our reservation.

As a first impression, they didn’t even care to offer a discounted game or a food voucher to make up for their scheduling incompetence. Was really looking forward to brining coworkers, family and friends here. But if something as simple as a reservation can’t be honored. Where can you go from there. Very inconsiderate. Thank God it wasn’t a birthday celebration or something along those lines, would’ve been even more disappointing.

Apparently if you look at some other reviews then cancelling is normal. Very lack luster...
