Thoroughly Impressed
I was thoroughly impressed with everything - from the ease of making an online appointment, to the immediate assistance once I walked into the store, to the professionalism of the advisors, to the timeliness of the alteration, and to the look, comfort, and quality of the suit.
The occasion — My wife and I were having our 3rd anniversary with a renewal of vows wedding ceremony in another country just under 4 weeks away. I am rather picky with formal attire, so it took a while for me to find the suit I wanted.
The appointment — After browsing through several websites for the nth weekend, I stumbled upon Suitsupply and saw a suit from their website that I wanted to try on. Made an appointment online where I got paired with Camille to assist me that following weekend.
The advisor — When I walked into the store, I was greeted immediately by one of the many advisors there, all looking professional (of course). Told them I had an appointment with Camille. Camille greeted me with a smile and a handshake, and he also asked me if this suit was for a special occasion. I advised Camille of the suit I had seen online (gave him the suit name and color). It only took Camille a few seconds to look at me before he said that he would look at their inventory and return shortly.
The suit — After a few minutes, Camille returned with the suit I had been wanting to try and put it on me. WTF… Perfect. Fit. I had to pause for a moment… How… HowTF did he size me up by just looking at me?!?
I had tried on the matching pants in the dressing room, as well. As soon as I came out, Camille was ready to attend to me once again and took the necessary measurements for alterations. Camille took his time with me to make sure I was comfortable with the suit and alteration measurements. Super friendly, professional, attentive. Camille is the type of advisor you want. Period.
Transaction was seamless (no pun intended; contactless payment accepted here). I told Camille that we would be leaving the country in about two weeks, so he did give the option of a quicker turnaround time for the alteration, but he was honest in saying that the alteration should be done within a few days without needing to pay for the rushed turnaround time.
Took only a single day for the alterations as I had received the email notification the following day that my suit was ready for pickup. Even though the suit was ready early, I wasn’t able to return to the store until the following weekend. I was assisted by Mike (also super friendly and professional). Mike got me my altered suit, and I tried it on. Just perfect. (Fantastic job, Camille!)
My wife and I were happy with how everything came together with the suit.

Our experience with Suitsupply Bellevue Square was nothing short of a disaster, especially given the significance of the occasion, our wedding. We placed our tuxedo order four months in advance as advised, with clear communication and an agreement that we would be receiving a specific style from their permanent collection. This was a meaningful part of our wedding vision, and we trusted their promises.
Unfortunately, that trust was completely broken.
When we returned for the scheduled final fitting and pickup, we were shocked to find that the order was completely wrong, instead of the classic look black and ivory tuxedo we had discussed and expected, they presented us with a white linen jacket, unfitted pants, short sleeve shirts, which was not appropriate for the formal wedding look we had planned. This wasn’t just a small mistake; it was a glaring error that showed a lack of attention to detail and a serious breakdown in communication.
Even worse was the customer service throughout this ordeal. There was no sense of urgency, no accountability, and certainly no empathy from the management team. Follow-ups were nonexistent, and instead of feeling like valued customers preparing for a major life event, we felt dismissed, abandoned, and neglected.
What should have been an exciting and celebratory experience turned into a source of unnecessary stress and frustration. With no viable solution offered and the wedding date approaching, we had no choice but to cancel our desired wedding outfits with Suitsupply.
Thankfully, Nordstrom Men’s Store came through. We walked in with no appointment and were met with professionalism, care, and quick action everything Suitsupply failed to provide. Nordstrom truly saved the day and helped us move forward with our celebration in style.
This experience with Suitsupply was deeply disappointing and disheartening. Their lack of follow-through, poor management, and dismissive service left a lasting negative impression. Read moreBought 3 suits from Roscoe 2-3 years back. I'm getting Married in November. I set up Appointment for the following Saturday. Since Roscoe was so informative and knowledgeable I trust that he will give me some good ideas for a wedding in Colombia.
I had an Idea for the attire I wanted to wear so since I was in the Bellevue I figured I would just stop in and browse. Anyway I seen Roscoe with other Customers and he happened to come by one of the Fabric tables. I quickly said Hey Roscoe and reintroduced my self. I told him I already set up an appointment for next Weekend.
He remembered me and said yeah you looked familiar. You got the "Money" suit! Great memory it was a dark green Suit I just wanted to call top dollar.
Told him I was just browsing around. He said yeah I got a lot of customers but I'll see you next week. I was there for a good while in the same spot just looking for patterns. After a little while he just said "Hey Mike if you can wait another 20 minutes I can get you started" Well I was still trying to figure out what I wanted so yeah no problem. He is a great at multitasking. So I figured why not get this out of the way today.
He came right back to going between other of his appointments. I showed him some of the blazers and patterns. He quickly went and got diffrent jackets and said I should go with a dark Navy blue slack with the blazer.
I was thinking White slacks since the Blazers was a dark check pattern. He said just try the navy slacks on with the blazer. And he was right. it just looked right for a wedding and I'd have a White shirt anyway.
My lady liked it as well. So Ordered the blazer and slacks right then and there. Boom in and out. Just waiting for them to come in to do the fitting.
Roscoe just makes it easier. He even remembered from 2 -3 years ago on the occasions I bought the other suits that I sweat pretty easy an advised on one of the blazers might make me a little hotter since it was more of winter blazer and my Wedding is in Colombia.
If you really don't have a clue about suits or what to wear just go to Roscoe with a couple of ideas and just let him do the work.
