Do not live here. I repeat. DO. NOT. LIVE. HERE. These people do not care about you. They do not care about your family. They do not care about your building. The only thing that they care about is their bottom line. How they can spend as little money as possible, while squeezing every last, undeserved, drop from their tenants. We were promised that the apartment had been renovated and was one of the updated units, the lease price reflected that. My pregnant wife and I were surprised to find that we were expected to move into a disgusting, unsanitary, and unsafe apartment. While walking through on a Friday (the day we signed the lease and were supposed to move in), I noticed a litany of health and safety concerns. When I brought them to the office staff, they said that there was nothing that they could do until Tuesday, but that the apartment was ours and we are expected to pay rent for the 4 days the apartment remains unlivable. The office staff also REFUSED to come and do a walkthrough with me 3 times to look at my concerns. I couldn’t believe it. So, on Tuesday I went back to the office with my very long list of concerns and was told that they would contact the cleaners and the maintenance crew as soon as possible. I explicitly asked them if I needed to type out the many maintenance requests to which I was told, “Usually we expect the tenants to do them, but since there are so many and this is an unusual circumstance, I will definitely be taking care of them for you” by the office assistant manager, Jocelyn. Jocelyn, then promised me that there is no way that I will be responsible for the full move-in amount given the condition of the new apartment. I asked, again, if the staff would come and do a walkthrough, but was denied. I was adamant that they have an inspector come out to review the safety of the patios. She said that she would have “vendors” come out to take a look and that I would be notified of who they contacted and what was found. I thought things were good. I had given the office staff a detailed account, WITH 65 PICTURES, of all of the health and safety concerns so their team should be well prepared. I could not have been more wrong. The cleaning crew did a surface wipe down and missed ALL of the concerning issues. One person from maintenance arrived and said that he was told to talk to me and he had no prior information. The cleaning crew missed some of the most important things and left. The maintenance person fixed 2 or 3 minor issues, took the top of my microwave off, and left without a word. The people in the office told me that he said he had talked to me and that I said everything was all good. This was a flat out LIE. There is a literal hole in my patio door leading directly to the outside, bat poop covering the patio, giant cracks in my bathtub (leaking water to the ceiling below me), and other various issues that were left unaddressed. I am STILL missing the top half of my microwave. I went back to the office to explain my concerns and neither of the managers were there. The leasing agent told me to type an email up with my remaining concerns and send it along to the managers and property owners. Shortly after completing this, Jocelyn emailed me and blamed ME for not communicating enough with the cleaners and maintenance. She then proceeds to tell me that the owners will not offer any rent concessions under any circumstances. So, I am left with a crumbling apartment, a hole in my patio door, mold in my bathroom vents, missing the top half of my microwave, large cracks in the bathtub, bat poop on my patio, uncleaned floors, a patio that could potentially collapse at any moment, a full move-in amount total including the 4 days that it went untouched or uncleaned, and nothing but lies from the office staff about financial compensation or liability. As long as this is, it’s the short version of all the events that transpired. Stay away from this place. Lund Co and The Vue only care about their money. They are charging upscale prices for mediocre apartments. Please see the pictures below.

The services provided is not sufficient with the price you pay in rent. As a resident I have to rush to the package room located at the leasing office where you go to pick your package up off the floor. Over 300 residents live here and all of them have access to the package room. If I do not go to pick up my package as it is delivered then it will get stolen. Addressing this issue to the leasing office it seems they do not care to resolve this matter. They have lock boxes which aren’t being used and don’t seem to care to address this. Instead their go to statement is that they are not responsible for packages. Additionally there is not enough parking in this complex. If you do not come home at a reasonable time you will not have anywhere to park. Photo below to reference where you have to search through a bunch of packages to find your own. In my opinion this is unprofessional and acceptable! 10/10 would not recommend!

Moving to a new state is never easy, and we faced a lot of challenges along the way. Thankfully, everyone at The Vue made the transition so much smoother. From the office staff to the maintenance team, we have never felt more welcomed. We also love the monthly events and all the little goodies they give to residents—it really adds to the sense of community. And whenever my daughter and I feel homesick, the office staff is always so kind and lets us hang out (and bug them a little, lol). We loved it so much that, in fact, we renewed our lease! If you’re moving from out of state like we did and want a welcoming, homey place to live, I highly recommend The Vue!

I have had nothing but good experiences with both management and leasing agents. Maybe it's because I'm friendly and understand that if I walk into a place of employment that there is a chance that I will have to wait until someone could get to me and this has happened at the vue before but I'm not on here complaining about it! Most all of these bad reviews are people who are generally rude and like to bend the truth to make a business look bad because they didn't get their way.... Mostly self entitled people that think everyone owes them something and everyone should drop what they are doing in order to please them! Most of these people could probably answer their own questions but are too ignorant to do so! So before you start going on line and slamming a business start looking at yourselves first. Are you the person walking in damanding things 2 minutes till close? I'm sure you would love that if you were about to get off work!? Are you the person that doesn't call to set an appointment and just walks in thinking the that these workers are gonna drop their other work just to be at your beckin call? Heck they could have probably been needing to leave to go to a appointment or luch! You know, things people do! Your not the only one that has a life! It's things like that that you people should think of but don't because you're so self indulged!! For example Melissa Cook wrote a review about the workers trying to steal her packages. In specific, referring to one of the workers that I know because I live here as a " dumb blonde" this is a leasing agent that I know as very nice, personable and that is a really hard worker and not dumb at all but very intelligent and someone would never do anything like that! She's always willing to help me and always addresses every one of my concerns. Now what gives this lady the right to write nasty things about people when in fact its her who's being the nasty one! Knowing that if she has a problem with not receiving a package that that's on the post office or whatever carrier she went through. Or maybe she couldn't originally see it and had to look again, I know I've done that at work. I'm sure we all have! I can honestly say the girl she is referring to would never steal a package! I think a lot of these people owe these staff an applogy. Just because they didn't get their way they have no right to go on line and bad mouth people. It's like little kids not getting their way and going around the playground bad mouthing the teachers! Come on people, some of this stuff is common sense and remember, your lucky these staff don't treat you the way you treat them because I'm sure you would really be writing reviews then! But it's okay when you stomp in that office being nasty and rude to these workers and accusing them of things right!? If it were me working I'd tell y'all to come back when you can act normal and not make up dumb stories like we're trying to steal your packages that we have no need for or want! That's just people nitpicking and thinking the world owes them something, grow up and remember it doesn't hurt to be kind because someday someone might be writing a...

Where to begin? The good: The staff is always friendly and smiling when you have any questions and are quick to respond. Very nice to talk to with any issue and always very polite. Wish the complex was as nice as the people in the office. Dog friendly! Many dog clean up stations around the complex and a park to run around in. Great floor plans! Bathrooms are just fine! You can bring your own washer and dryer! The bad: Make sure you CHECK YOUR PAPER WORK when you first come in. I had to correct them a few times when signing. 1. I had informed them, well in advance, that I would be moving in a day later than I originally thought and they assured me the prorated rent would show that, it didn't. 2. They wanted me to pay the documentation fee...again. after I had already completed that and paid it online. Parking is ABYSMAL! if you happen to come in after 10pm, bring your walking shoes. You will end up walking a fair distance to your door. Snow removal is all but non-existent. Throwing ice melt/salt on top of snow piles does not constitute as snow removal. The apartment is cheaply made and not a ton of quality control. I had to level cabinets and stove. The faucet in the kitchen feels like it could pop off any second. The dish washer doesn't fit perfect like it should for over $760 rent. They are completely unorganized when it comes to getting things done that need to be when you turn in your apartment pre-check. I had to wait to view the apartment because locks needed changed, then they forgot to change locks on the outside storage, so I have more keys than I need to keep track of. The walls are super thin. Use your imagination... It is BRIGHT out side with all the lights. Invest black curtains. Hope you like the sounds of airplanes. because Offutt Air Force Base is closer than you think. The furnace causes about 1-3 levels of volume adjustment when it kicks on. They gym in the office is an absolute JOKE! A broken jump rope, non working bike machine, and zero racks for any lifting worth real gains Hope you don't have a company vehicle, because they WILL make you pay extra to use a garage for your personal car. Overall, not an idiotic place to live, but absolutely not worth what they are charging.

I moved from the other side of the state, so I didn't get a chance to tour. I wish I would have read the reviews and avoided this place. Please, unless you need this location, there are better places to...
