I recently moved into Ellis at Bel-Red, and I couldn't be happier with my experience so far. The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming during the entire move-in process, making it smooth and stress-free. The apartment itself is spacious, modern, and completely new, with amenities including a gym, club room, and lounge area. The location is fantastic, with convenient short distance travel to public transportation, Bellevue shopping malls, and great restaurants.

One of the highlights of my move-in experience was the cleanliness and readiness of the apartment. It was spotless and well-prepared for my arrival. Additionally, the maintenance team has been quick to address any minor issues that have come up since I moved in.

Just a word or two about managing staff! Both ladies have wonderful attitudes. Bella helped me exclusively from the original tour. She is very helpful, ready to answer any questions or concerns. She welcomed me to my new home with an orientation that included all common areas & my own apartment, thoroughly going thru every room before move in, and checking that all doors, drawers were functional. I appreciate that. I was even pleasantly surprised with 2 gifts on my new kitchen counter. A nice cup & wooden top & straw, and a crossbody bag. Kindness goes a long way. I feel safe, as all ways of entry requires a fab. I got word there are several businesses coming to retail spaces spread across the ground floor. I also love something I got for the first time... I recently toured this new apartment complex and was really impressed with the spacious 1-bedroom units and the big windows that let in so much natural light. I also really liked the brand new appliances and stainless steel! It's really important that when I move to a new place, things are new and modern and this building has it all. The prices are also very competitive compared to other new buildings in the area. The amenities are still under construction, but the team took the time to inform me about what’s coming, and I was definitely impressed and very happy with what they have planned.
