I’ve been living here for eight months now, and I have to say—this is the best apartment I’ve ever rented. Speaking as someone with over 20 years of renting experience across both the East and West Coasts—from New York and D.C. to California—Vicino Apartments truly stands out.
The owner and design team clearly value both lifestyle and efficiency. One major highlight is the gym: it’s spacious, well-equipped, and always spotless. Clean towels are provided, and I frequently see cleaning staff maintaining both the gym and the rest of the building. They’re consistent—cleaning daily or at least every other day—and they’re also friendly, always greeting residents with a smile.
The leasing office is equally impressive. Brian, Christina and manager Shelly - they’re friendly, responsive, communicative, and quick to resolve any issues. I really appreciate that they keep us informed if something is out of service or under maintenance. It shows that they respect and prioritize the tenant experience.
One small suggestion I’d make is to consider installing ceiling fans in the living rooms and bedrooms. That would really help circulate the AC and keep the entire unit comfortable.
Overall, this is a well-maintained, thoughtfully managed, and community-focused place to live. Highly recommended for anyone who values comfort, cleanliness, and...
Read moreThe apartment itself is very new and located in a convenient area. However, there are a few key concerns I wish I had known before signing the lease: Service quality changes after signing. During the apartment hunting process, the staff was extremely responsive—even replying to emails after hours. Unfortunately, once I signed the lease, the attitude shifted noticeably. Requests that required only small favors were brushed off with comments like “I’m busy,” which made me feel that the initial service was mainly to secure the lease, not to ensure a good living experience. Parking is a major issue. Parking here is extremely tight and poorly assigned. I was given a compact space wedged between two large SUVs, making it nearly impossible to open my doors. Despite explaining that I drive an SUV and paying $200/month for parking, my request for a different spot was denied. This is not just my experience—many residents have complained in the group chat about not being able to park in their assigned spots, sometimes even on move-in day, because the spaces are impractically small.
Overall, while the building itself is nice, the management’s lack of care after move-in and the frustrating parking situation made my experience...
Read moreI applied for the apartment just as it was being completed. I have been living here for more than half a year and I feel very comfortable. As an international student who has lived in the United States for 11 years, I have lived in Minnesota, Ohio, Boston, and New York. But I feel that any apartment I have lived in before is not as warm as Vicino here. Living here is convenient, with Asian supermarkets, light rail station, banks, close to Bellevue city center... The apartment is fully furnished and brand new, you can go to the gym, you can also play pool with friends at clue house, they have a small cinema, you can also use the barbecue downstairs. Underground there is a three-level garage with a dedicated ev parking space for charging the tram. They have secure delivery rooms with locker that you can use. The staff and manager are very gracious and patient, and I often chat with them when I go downstairs to use the coffee machine. The property hosts regular events for festivals, which are very interesting. The rooms here have washing machine and dryer, dishwasher oven refrigerator, heater and AC. They also have an island in the kitchen. All in all, I feel safe and...
