I placed an online order for a Breville Nespresso machine and received a call in the morning confirming my order was being pulled. However, when I arrived at the store, I was informed that my order had not been fulfilled. Despite having already been charged and never receiving a cancellation notice, I was met with mockery, confusion and resistance from several team members when trying to clarify the situation.
When I mentioned the confirmation call, the manager, Kirsten, responded dismissively, loudly insisting that they never call customers. Rather than working to resolve the issue, she cut me off and told me to stop talking so she could hear from the stock associate. Fortunately, a kind stock associate stepped in, explained the mix-up, and sincerely apologizedāsomething I had not received up to that point.

The charge enough for their product to afford those that provide good service. Maybe the rent...

However, we were just at the University Village location without issue and we have been the the Portland, Chicago, NYC, Phoenix, Boston, Philadelphia, Los Angeles and many more stores over the years. Not a single issue with our well behaved dogs.
I have zero issues with a no dog policy. I have issues with a no dog policy that seems to be only applied at one store -- in a dog friendly mall no less -- in the over 25 we've been to. Either have a...
