Staff 10/10 staff are always helpful and friendly never had a bad experience, seems like everyone who works there is actively involved with the community Selection 10/10 aside from some of the more rare items I've never had issues finding what I was looking for Snack selection 6/10 almost had to knock a star off for this one, they had meat sticks a while ago and I think they were the best thing since sliced bread but they got rid of those they do stock Baja blast sometimes though so it kinda cancels out. Easily back to a 10/10 if they bring back meat sticks. Membership 8/10 good discount on special orders and you don't have to pay table fees definitely worth it Atmosphere 10/10 one of the best things about zehjs is that it doesn't have the intimating atmosphere some games stored suffer from really making this a great...

Had a horrible experience with these guys. My boyfriend and I brought in a good bit of cards in to sell and not only did it take them over TWO WEEKS to handle everything, but we also had multiple VERY high value cards just "disappear". I guess they were hoping that because we brought in so many that we weren't going to notice. I would avoid coming to this shop to deal with purchasing or selling cards for any reason. About a week later we brought a chunk of cards to the shop over off Meridian and they were able to take care of us AND have us paid out in cash in a matter of minutes! Much happier with this experience, clearly. Also we didn't have any "houdini" cards with that...

My old roommate comes back to Bham only a few times a year. We were looking for activities to do while he was back for the summer and decided to try to get through a bunch of games from our board game collections. Problem was, he was staying at his folks' place that was a little cramped for space atm and my partner and I have a dog who isn't too fond of visitors.

Well, Aegis was the solution. A fun, chill spot to reignite our passion for the tabletop and board game hobby. We played here virtually every weekend over the summer and several weekdays to boot.

It was great.
